****** told ** we have to get the extended warranty through a loan, which we did not want. He said we could cancel it in a few months. When we tried to cancel the bank said we cant cancel as it is part of the car loan and not for the extended warranty. ????????Initial Complaint

In March of this year, I drove from ******** to ** to test drive a *** x5 that I ended up purchasing. The tags and title were included in the loan and was supposed to be handled by the dealership, however after my temp tags expired, the dealership still did not have an answer as to when I will be getting my plates etc. after 5-6 months of having an expired tag, and not hearing back from the dealership after SEVERAL failed attempts to call and leave my number, I was put in contact with an employee who helped. However I was told I had to complete the *** work on my own and once done with that I was Supposed to receive a refund from the overpayment of their service tags and registration. This was done around August, its December and after at least 10 failed attempts of not just calling but also messaging the online chat support and all other contact routes failing, I was Told again Id get a call back from someone and they refused to give me a finance number or a number of a manager. This is almost a year of not getting customer service in which I paid for!!Customer Answer

I was charged for a service I did not want. I made it abundantly clear I didn't want any gap insurance nor did I want an extended warranty. I was not interested in anything other than the car. They had shown me a price and told me to come back the next day for my contract. when I showed up and saw the Warranty on my bill I told them I did not agree to that, nor did I sign for it. Yet they kept insisting I had signed for it, I told them to cancel it. they had said their Accountant had left for the day to either come back the next day or call as it wouldn't be too big an issue. I Have been trying to CANCEL!! this product for months now. my bank and the warranty place had said the dealership had to cancel to get that money back in my account.Initial Complaint

I bought a car with this dealer, I had another car and I made a trade, but they never sent me the payment for the other car. I still have that debt and the bank calls me all day, the dealer is closed, they haven't been open for a long time, I almost have 4 months and not sent the payment for the vehicle that I left at the dealer I even made a police reportCustomer Answer

On 8/9/2022 my fianc and I purchased 2 vehicles from Northshore Motors. Not only did the dealership list the vehicles at a higher selling price on the loan agreement than they advertised to us, it has been months and my bank has not received the title. *** attempted to contact the dealership by phone, I also drove to the dealership in person and the business is now closed.Initial Complaint

On 9/16, I went in to check out a vehicle that I was interested in, it was a bit out of my price range. The manager *****, negotiated with me for over 2 hours on the price, until finally he agreed to give me a payment assistance check in the amount of $3,444. Since that initial day, I have gone back to the dealership once a week for 2 months only to be told that they mailed the check, then the other week- no one was in the office, then the other week is that- we have to contact the financial office, then another week its- I have the check just no one is here to sign it from corporate. JUST EXCUSES & LIES every week I went in someone took all of my information, name phone number address and no one has gotten back to me. Its been 9 weeks!!!Initial Complaint

i have a problem with this business and ******************* and they are both connected. recently inquired about a car and i went up there and sitting there 4/5 hours waiting so they can do the contract than they tell me they can call me and do it over the phone never call back. i call many times no answer they have a number online that does not go directly too them. it goes to a call center that relays the message that they never get . so since they don't answer i have to go up there everytime to get an answer because they say they will call you back but they never call. even when im up there no phones ring at all. so i finally get a call for a contract and the contact has me down for ***** down payment but i didnt know the monthly payment and we agreeded on ***** down payment which i would pay 512 monthly. so i mentioned that and ***** the finanicial manager told me sign it anyways which i did not want too so we had to go throught he contact being redone. so after everything was signed the car had to go through recondition which was 1,400$ so for two weeks they had the car and called saying nothing was wrong with the car they are waiting on tires so since nothing was wrong why hold the car for 2 weeks for tires when we made a new agreement that i would take the car and ***** would call me when the tires come in. so now i have the car and the radio is locked and there is a squeeking noise with the car so clearly there is something wrong with the car. so now ***** says that i can take the car to a dealorship for the radio when the radio wasnt the original radio for me to unlock it so i pay *************************************************** that it is not the original radio so now i get ahold of north shore motors for a service appointment which i shouldnt have to do since nothing is wrong with the car. now i speak to ***** the owner says he will talk to ************* i come back on the service appointment at 10 when they open and nobody is there still waiting.Customer Answer

I was sold a car from Northshore motors. The car was sold with faulty breaks. Every time I drove you could hear them squeaking and the lady was like no its because the car just got washed. Turns out the breaks didnt work and if I continued to drive the breaks wouldve not worked and I could have died essentially.Fast forward my rim got cracked from a pot hole but i have been paying for rim and tire protection we went to browns an ********************* by my house and north shore said it wasnt covered. Then after looking through our records it turns out i never got a copy of the documentation that was signed during the purchase of the vehicle. I called and asked for it and was kept being told that only a manager could send it to us. my mom called everyday and they ignored and never returned our phone calls. We just got documentation and my signature isn't even on it.This is against the law. The rim has been damaged since April this has to be against a lemon law or something. I have a bubble in my tire my tire could explode and I can get into a major accident. now I am facing electrical problems with my lights as my headlights and turn signals aren't working which leads to me not being able to drive at night because I fear of getting pulled over for not having lights I have also contacted the dealership about my lights and they agreed to make an appointment to look at my car and when I was driving there to meet my mother at the dealership they told her that there was no appoiment and told me to not come anymore.The situation has been happening im told to come in for an appointment and I am told to go home when I come in for one.Lastly I have now taken my car to mechanic and they stated I have water damage .Every week there is something wrong with the car.They sold me s**t and I want my money back.Ive called over 50 times and no answer,apparently the whole staff got fired and that why no one can help me.Initial Complaint

Purchased a 2017 ******** CLA250 from dealership with a trade-in Lease2020 ****** Sentra Part of the contract that vehicle sunroof would be fixed who was not fixed. They gave me a loaner and I have not yet driven my vehicle once 14 day Buy-out period expired, and my leased car is in their shop and won't release it to me This is a big scam, and I cannot get out of it
