Wilson dental is the worst Dental office around. Every time I go The waiting room is full of people. The back rooms they put you are absolutely dirty and gross. The staff is so rude and they could care less about patients. My husband has an appointment that took us six months to get into, I called because I know the first initial appointment has a lot of paperwork. My husband does not speak English, and he does not know how to read and write (we’re working on it). I called to see if he would be able to bring the paperwork home so that I could fill it out and have it back the same day. The woman on the phone explain to me that they cannot do that, and he needs somebody there with him to fill out the paperwork. I explain to her that I was unable to go with him because of work, And he has no family here. All of his family is located in Puerto Rico. I asked her if there was somebody there that could maybe help him and she told me no he hast to do it himself. I asked if they can make a one time exception and she told me no. I explained that he is in pain and we’ve been waiting six months for this appointment and that he needs to go whether or not he can fill out the paperwork, The woman on the phone if he does not fill out the paperwork, they will turn him away. I am very upset And I believe this is a matter of discrimination. You would be better off having your teeth fall out then going to this dentist office. They are not compassionate and don’t care about Patients. I Also had An issue recently they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, A pharmacy that does not take my Insurance. I asked them if they could send it to the correct one and they told me no that it is my responsibility to have them transfer it. The pharmacy told me they would not be able to do that. So I just gave up and hopefully I don’t get sick from my tooth infection because I would rather go without than deal with those people.
