    We had them come out to look at our furnace on January 13, 2024. The tech arrived and diagnosed a problem with one of the sensors in the furnace and said they didn't have the part, but could come back Monday January 15, 2024 once the part arrived. We paid, in full for the service ($200 for the Saturday service and $300 to come back for a total of $500). They removed the part and rigged up a partial wiring bypass to allow the furnace to work, but not to be a final fix as there was no sensor to monitor for an unsafe condition. Monday's appointment came and went and it wasn't until that evening when we contacted them to complain that the "owner" called us back to apologize for missing the appointment. At this point, we explained we didn't want their service anymore and the "owner" agreed to refund the $300 - probably should have demanded the entire $500 back, but they did come out on a weekend service call, so we let them keep that $200 as a courtesy. The next day, Tuesday January 16, 2024, we weren't home, but our home security system recorded one of the techs come up to the house with an envelope (the refund?) but rang the doorbell a few times, then looked into the camera as if we were watching live and motioned with his hand he has money (rubbed his thumb and two fingers together), proceeded to try and leave the envelope in the door, but after looking back at the truck with the other tech, took the envelope back, and left. It is now a week later, still without the refund and also without any responses to the numerous written communications and voicemail I left. Hoping this 1 star review (very well earned by them) is enough to capture their attention and resolve the refund since the "owner" agreed to do so before the obvious next legal steps.
