      I went in for a dislocated finger on May 13, 2022 at 8:10 PM after sustaining the injury playing in a recreational kickball league. Having dislocated the same finger on the same hand twice and being treated at a different facility (Oneida healthcare) I knew of the injury. I walked into the SOS urgent care that evening and immediately was rushed to the back to one of the patient rooms without signing any documentation up front. I asked for xrays to be waived and agreed to sign a waiver but was denied this and was told I would not be seen if I did not receive the xrays. I then had the dislocated finger x-rayed and was sent back to my patient room where my finger was put back in place. The previous times I dislocated the same finer I was given a local anesthetic so the finger could be popped back into place. However when asked if I would be numbed the PA (Helen Harris) said no and put the finger back into place. I feel the staff and facility was very unprofessional on May 13, 2022 that evening and the staff wanted to to get out the door being 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday.
