We specialize in student only housing which means all other residents are also students. Our apartments are fully furnished. All apartments have on-site laundry as well as private lock and key for all the bedrooms. Many apartment buildings offer free driveway parking. The rent price always includes all utilities and wireless internet!

            We signed a 10 month lease for a 2 bedroom apartment at 1611 e fayette st, in Syracuse. We are renting from Syracuse quality living (owned by **** ******). The first two months we lived here there were roaches, mice, squirrels in the walls and ceiling, broken laundry, dirty vents that are connected wrong or not at all and no furnace filter. I also had to turn the heat on myself. Some of the issues were finally fixed after two months after I threatened lawyers and media to ****. It has now been 4 months here. There are still fleas that they have been aware about since we moved in, along with other dead animals in the basement. The vents are still not connected properly or clean. There have been multiple water leaks that were not addressed for weeks on end. And we have been offered no compensation or rent reduction, even though lots of the issues void the warranty of habitability.

            Worst renting company I've ever had to deal with. I've lived in my house for two weeks and maintenance has lied repetitively about coming to repair a mold infestation we've been dealing with since move in, we have ring cameras so we have proof that no one came. Our dishwasher was broken when we moved in and in an attempt to fix it, maintenance broke it worse so it ended up leaking all over our floor. We're missing 2-3 smoke detectors, our porches are falling apart and are unstable, and a ground floor window has been broken since before move in and I had to tape it myself, no one's come to board it up or replace it. Our parents have done more maintenance than SQL has. We've called code enforcement to come so we have legal proof of our poor living conditions. We're also looking into legal action to hold maintenance and this company accountable for all of the damage my roommates and I have had to endure for the few weeks that we've lived here.
