These ******* people keep calling and harassing me and my wife over a debt that has been charged off and sold to them by another company. They keep threatening to come pick my truck up that I used as collateral with the company that charged the debt off and sold it. I am sick of the threats and degradation we get when they call. They don’t get the payment and within an hour they are calling and threatening us. We didn’t sell the ******* debt, we didn’t authorize this company to buy the debt, the debt has been charged off on our credit and therefore has no bearing on us bc they think we should pay them for the debt they purchased. I will not be threatened any further. Any more calls talking about sending someone to repo a truck that the original company was secondary Lien holder on and not this company will result in us getting a lawyer and suing lakeside recievables, LLC. And a forewarning to this company as well, if anyone pulls up in this yard to pick up a vehicle that doesn’t belong to them bc lakeside receivables, LLC sent them will **** around and find out, I will consider them a threat being on my property stealing and I will shoot first and ask questions later. This is not a joke and it’s not a threat, it’s a ******* promise! This property is private and there will be no trespassing!
