      I purchased a Laser Engraver from China and had Livingston International as my freight forwarder. I sent them payments for this and was told in 1 email that item would not be released for pickup until paid in full, which is normal practice, this is not our first purchase from China. We paid all invoices as instructed at the time. Total $1546.11 - This was in February/March 2020. Then in December I get a notice saying we still owe them $1357.15 and we informed them that everything was paid. They also told us that they were bought out by someone else and this is when these "extra" charges were found. The original invoice just has a lump sum and a bunch of paperwork in Chinese so I really don't know what all that covered. They have been hounding me for 3 years and I finally got Invoices for the amount of $1357.15 but they will not provide me with detailed invoices for what has been paid $1546.11 and have turned me over to collection. I have many emails and like I said they told me they would not release the shipment until paid. I can forward all emails and invoices to you. Thank you for your help with this matter.

      Hello  I am reaching out on behalf of Livingston International in regard to case ID #********. After performing an internal review we’ve uncovered that the client had never made the full payment to Livingston and in effect the account had been sent to the collection agency.    On February 13, 2020 we had communicated to the client the detail of what action was taken to resolve their issue and what amount was outstanding on the transaction. I have attached this email for reference, you will also find a copy of the invoices that are referred to in the emails.  I’ve also attached for your reference the statement of account in the excel attachment. You will find they have 4 invoices outstanding totaling to 1,357.15.  Our financial team has provided billing copies; this pertains to transaction reference 30027312784. Please see in the png. attachment we received 1 payment of $ 1180.66 chq# ***** on Apr 02 2020.
