    On 4/2/23 I purchased ***** multi use lubricant for $11.99 plus shipping for $8 for a total of $19.99. I was charged immediately. I have tried multiple times and multiple ways to contact the business to get more information about when the product will be shipped. I have been unable to reach anyone and I have not received any communication from the business whatsoever.

    Mr. ****** was refunded $19.99 through *** ***. He should see a credit on his account now.  This is a very popular item.  As fast as it comes in it goes out. And I am limited on what I get in from *****. Sorry for the delay.

    I ordered a ***** ********* *** ***** , and a ***** ********* ***** on May 12, 2022 for a total of $876.00. I have asked several times for a status on my order. They could not give me a ship date. I recently them to cancel the order and asked for a refund. I have not gotten a response. This vendor I know has a habit of this.
