    Landscaping was to be prepared for either flagstone of pavers with 6 inches of gravel. The area was dug about 18 inches and the soil tamped down so much it has caused a drainage problem in my yard where there was none. Owner states he prepared it for a poured concrete patio which was not what I wanted or we discussed. Water pools in the area forcing me to use a pump and pump out the water after rain or snow melt. I have been unable to use the yard since this was done. Owner states it is a wet area but there was no water in the area before and any rain etc absorbed into the soil. I have contacted the owner asking for some resolution to the problem he caused. It is going to cost me 3500 to correct the mess that was made. He has made a million excuses but is unwilling to do anything to correct the horrible mess. Owner is ******* *****.
