5 starsHad our concrete driveway sealed and was amazed at the time and effort this company put into the job. The effort resulted in a great sealing job. Jimmy, Nick and crew did an amazing job, power washing and staining our 30plus year old cedar fence… it looks brand new! Everything from start to finish was seamless… highly recommend J.K. Schwartz!

I was very impressed with JK Schwartz. The price was very fair, in fact I think it was a bargain given the size of my deck and the amount of work that it took. We retained J. K. Schwartz to pressure wash our Snyder home’s white siding and restore our deck after seeing their crew meticulously cleaning a commercial building in Williamsville. From the very outset of our relationship, with Laurie in the office and then the guys in the crew that handled our work, we couldn’t have asked for more technically professional and customer-friendly service. Jim’s crew revitalized both surfaces. The crew explained all work and provided a timeline to which they scrupulously held themselves. We are more than satisfied with the work provided to us by the staff of J. K. Schwartz. They approached the tasks for our home like craftsmen.J.K. Schwartz, Inc.

I hired Jim from J.K. Schwartz to fix my stamped concrete patio. It had so many layers of sealer on it that it began to flake off in many areas. It had white marks all over it as well and it was just plain ugly. Jim suggested having the old sealer stripped off to the bare surface and sealed all over again with an acrylic sealer. I went ahead and had it done and after the job was complete, my patio looked like it was brand new again. He added more color when he was done and it looked great. No more flaking and no more white marks. I was stunned at how it turned out. I highly recommend this company; they are honest and very knowledgeable and honest.J.K. Schwartz, Inc.

I randomly called J.K. Schwartz along with a few other businesses to give me an estimate for deck staining. He came to my home to evaluate the job and gave me a list of his customer reviews. One happened to be a neighbor of mine who highly endorsed him. He explained everything thoroughly about what he could and could not do with my wooden deck. The crew was meticulous, the price was fair and the job was perfection. My deck was positioned beneath a tulip tree and some maples and there was always sap dropping. The crew sanded the deck, removed the sap and restored the surface to “like new” condition. I would call Jim every couple of years to maintain the deck and do an occasional power wash of the siding. Over a span of 10-15 years, Jimmy would be there every other spring and do his thing. The only reason I stopped using his company is because I sold my house and moved out of the area. (I called him for one last visit the week before I put my house on the market and the deck looked great for prospective buyers).J.K. Schwartz, Inc.
