Do not go here ever unless you want to be forced to refinance your house. Your other choice will be to put your pet down. Also they treat the employees like absolute garbage. They expect way too much out of their receptionists. They basically are doing 90% of the work and I know someone who worked here, they make MINIMUM wage. And the vet techs make about $1 more. yet the company makes almost 1 billion dollars a year. Money hungry company that will take advantage of your love for your pet. Run. They need to be shut down and sued.

Quick to react, admit my dog and get her back for evaluation, very kind and caring .The overall care and detailed communication about what was happening with my dog. I cannot thank the entire staff enough! Thank you so much! It was very expensive, but I have no point of reference for this type of emergency service because I have not needed it before for my dogs, I am going to look into pet insurance, In the end my dog is home after 3 days and recovering well and that was the most important to me.

They took my 3 y/o dog back immediately after a toxic ingestion of chocolate (1/2 pan of brownies) and induced vomiting. I was unable to get him to vomit at home. He was taken back immediately upon our arrival and after about 60 minutes and the vet came in to tell us he had vomited successfully twice. They weighed his vomit and it was about 1lb. They said all they could see was chocolate. Poison control said if he wasn’t able to vomit a large amount he would require hospitalization for monitoring and treatment of symptoms of chocolate toxicity (tachycardia, seizures, hyperthermia, vomiting, etc). Thankfully he was able to go home after that since he vomited so much. After that they gave him subcutaneous fluids and we went home. It was less than 2 hours start to finish. Can’t beat that. My dog is alive this AM and doing well. Very thankful for care we received. The price is what it is. I would pay whatever for emergency assistance to keep my dog alive. Thank you Green Acres!?

The front-end staff were very kind and welcoming and my request for help getting my dog inside was met with an immediate "yes, of course"! The compassionate care from Dr. M**** and my contact with Gayle, Vet Tech on the day my dog came home when I had concerns; she was very patient and most helpful.

Absolutely horrible. I’d give zero stars if I could. Money hungry animal killers! My daughter’s dog went in after being hit by a car, a very healthy 4 year old dog. Of course she was injured. So the $750 deposit upon arrival was not a surprise. But a hour and a half later they come in with a $11K bill !! Just for testing, medicine and imaging. With a 48 hr stay. I would pay any amount for my dog! I said I could pay half on the spot AT 10:30 pm. And would pay the balance in the morning. They would not accept it. They said they would prep the dog to go home. And bring her back when I have the money.. like WTF. My dog is dying. Had no choice to put her down. And that was over $2K. The story goes on. But the space is limited to write here! I have contacted an attorney, filed a complaint. They immediately removed my review on google. Within minutes of posting. This has to stop. How many families have had to resort to this over there greed. It’s nice to see the 3 new ******** **** in the dr parking area though!!! Complete scum bags, disrespectful, Good job green acres at making hard working families feel like complete dirt. This is NOT over. ??.

My mother not only had one bad experience but this is the 2nd one she has had. She went there yesterday with our dog who chew through her medicine bottle and ate her pills they charged her 700+ just to take him in and then made her call poison control which charged her as well letting her know the pill he ate weren't to bad she should be fine while the Dr is telling her that our dog is critical and trying to Charge her 4K and they would have to keep him for 48 hours she was distraught and she said I don't have that the. They started throwing all kind of numbers at her which all added to the same amount no matter how you put it. My sister called them and then that changed they went over some better options but still very high I feel like they shoulda started off with all options and calmed her down before trying to extort her out of money because she was upset and didn't hesitate to pay the first amount. They then charged her about 350+ for being there after midnight when she got there before midnight . That is wrong people shouldn't be charged if there get there before midnight and the customers end up being there later it's not there faults..

I felt that the veterinarian that I saw was ( dr g*****) very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I liked the way she interacted with my dog. I also thought the technician was friendly and helpful. I would also like to add that the staff at the front desk was also friendly. Taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly and being very nice to my dog.
