I was told by Joe from this company in Nov of 2021 that in 90 days my credit score would be in the 800s or refund back Guaranteed. He said The fee for that was 500.00 .. I never got a update. he always say he is in court or say he has surgery or the virus. I’m not Rich i chose not to pay a bill and gave Joe 500 cause he promised to get my score high enough I can move and get a house.. that didn’t happen I ended up having to renew my lease for the apartment in a state I was trying to get out of because he didn’t do nothing with my credit. What’s bad I also told my sons father about him and he also gave 500 to him and didn’t help him as well so I feel bad and lied too. I really want my money back. There has been no change to my credit at all he barley answers my texts it’s been weeks now .once he texted that things will start falling off in the next couple of weeks. .its Over 90 days. He lied and I want my money back that’s all. ThanksBusiness response

THIS WAS MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE. WE COMMUNICATED THROUGH PHONER AT THE OFFICE AND EMAIL. WE ALSO ISSUED A REFUND ANDF CONTINUE TO WORK ON HER FILES.Customer response

I paid $500 to have a bankruptcy and inquiries removed from my credit report. Nothing has been done and the owner will no longer return my messages. I signed contract 8/16/21 and he has since offered refund but stopped responding.Business response

We have removed everything but her bankruptcy and we are waiting on that and we just had conversations with her today so I’m really confused at this whole process with the Better business bureau where are you just continue to give us a bad rating for anyone that complains about something whether it is our fault or not and you don’t take into account any positiveInitial Complaint

I began a transaction with joe on the beginning of October. I. Hopes to build my credit. As he promised me a credit of the mid 800s. He has failed to send me any Information on anything he has done. He no longer responds to my emails. Blocks me on ********. ******** Is how I saw his ad. He will try to say anything. So you don’t get your money back. Maybe he has written into credit beuros but nothing has been resolved with joe. I canceled with him right after the second payment he just took. And he says he will get me for fraud. What fraud? He hasn’t done what he promised. I just want my money back.Business response

Joe promised me that my husband and my credit will be fixed within 10-14 days if final payment. Great communication While collecting the upfront fees. We paid him 4 payments of $250 totaling $1000. He starts harassing you for payment days before it’s due and uses every method of communication on the date of payment to get his money. Then when you have our and full and you are trying to get ahold of him for updates on your file- he accuses you of harassment. I have been paid in full since October and had absolutely NOTHING removed from my credit. He is 100% a scammer and I can’t because he is still in business. Why aren’t the police involved? He literally steals people and doesn't do the promised service. He did literally nothing but cause me stress and steal my hard earned $1000. I want our credit fixed or my money back by 12-31-21 or I’m going to law enforcement. I have other people I’ve met online that he has scammed and we have overwhelming evidence that he is a con artist. He has completely ghosted me kn every way since I called Him out on his scheme.Business response

We have provided pro rated refunds as she had continually harasses us at all hours of the night. We have removed many of her negative items in they had an exorbitant amount of items and we will continue to work on them until all items are removed however we cannot deal with her continuous harassment to our workers personally phones

Whatever that means. Emailing and texting and asking why I was scammed out of my hard earned $1000 and asking why he hasn’t done what they they promised is not harassment. I have to actually work during the day so I can only call and text and email in the evening . You may want to learn how to work instead of scamming people because this will catch up to you someday. You will have to answer for the hard working people you scammed. Bottom line is, he took my money. I was told our credit scores would dramatically by now and our bankruptcies would be removed but in all these months our scores have actually went DOWN!! Joe H****** is a fake. I can’t believe he is still in business. He can’t or won’t remove anything from my credit. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I want my credit fixed or my money back. This guy named Joseph H. Has been stealing peoples money for over a year and a half and not doing the work he promised. If you look at his complaints there is a pattern. He says he has removed items and I have NEVER received one letter from any of the 3 credit bureaus stating any items have been removed or disputed. I know how the bureaus work. He has fraudulently STOLEN innocent peoples money and hasn’t been held accountable. I encourage anyone who has paid this guy any money to file a complaint with the Attorney General of New York so when they have enough complaints on him he can get charged with felony fraud. I am staying in contact with their office. All he has to do is refund the money he has stolen from people. His rebuttal is always the same. My goal is to stop him from being allowed to run this business and reimburse all the money he has taken away from people that trusted him to do his job. I expect some ridiculous response from him in this but I am fighting it till he has to pay restitution to everyone he has done wrong.Business response

This guy is a fraud and has been harassing and slandering our company for no reason for a years he was provided a service years ago and then paid for the service.
