We paid for the carwash bond on 2.28.24 and we have been paying this annual bond for several years now; however they NEVER EVER NEVER gave us a copy of the bond. They provide us a bill to pay but never the bond itself. We need the copy of the bond for our files because sometimes the govt agencies such as the **** of labor or state of california requests for proof of this bond which we don't have because USI never provides a copy to us. This is not right. Give us the copy of our bond that we paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been calling, emailing , multiple times for the past months, they don't call back. Nobody answers the phone despite leaving multiple messages. Some numbers you can't leave a message such as ************ or ************, you leave messages, nobody calls, you send emails nobody sends emails back. It appears that it doesn't exist, andthey just collect money but they don't deliver the job. They need to get investigated.Customer response

Tried to transfer services after being a customer for years. There is apparently a cut off date to transfer services. I called again to explain its urgently needed. Spoke to an understanding rep. ** spoke to another employee then called me back to tell me the services will be provided in the next week or so. Called back to check status. Kept getting the same spiel from **** that theres a cutoff. Kept trying to explain I spoke to another employee the other day that stated I will get service soon. Would not look into my account to check. Asked to speak to sup. Spoke to *** who again refused to check account and kept speaking over me. Stated theres no record of previous call. I had to disconnect call because I kept asking for him to let me speak and he would not.Customer response

We have repeatedly requested that you stop sending us junk mail regarding insurance from the ***** Insurance Program and other programs. Please stop wasting paper. Please stop contacting us for marketing and sales purposes.Customer response

I couldn’t find **** *********** anywhere in our database. I Googled his name and if it is the right **** ***********, he is related to Datadog and a few other company names. Datadog was the only company name that showed up in our database. Here is the information related to Datadog:

I am attempting to move my commercial insurance coverage to reflect changes in my business.I am unable to get anyone on the phone during a normal business day during normal business time who can aid me in terminating as series of policies.The phone system at this company is not well designed to handle this or any issue.Customer response

I own a small business in ******** **. A member of USI Insurance reached out to me about providing my company with all of our business insurance needs. The man told me that I could do a pay as you go plan where we would turn in all of our monthly pay rolls and be able to sort our employees into specific class code so that our insurance would be cheaper. He also stated that we would not be audited at the end of the year. Everything was great until we got audited at the beginning of this year. When the insurance company audited us they said that we were not able to do the class code as the man from USI said and it has now costed my company $48,000 and we also had to pay for a new insurance in the middle of the year because the insurance company that we had canceled all of our insurance. When we asked the man from USI what happened he said that he would take care of it and he didn't do anything to help us. He is now saying that it was our fought and will not do anything to help us.Customer response

I was able to connect with the MidSouth Select Commercial Sr. ******* Manager for our Healthcare Practice who was able to provide the following information. The exit interview from the auditor the insured gave different monetary values regarding the audit. The documents **. ******* submitted reflected her employees were clerical- (lower rate) and the carrier disagreed. Per the conversation between the carrier review and the insured it appears that the insured should have more field operators. From there they cancelled all their policies and moved coverage. The last email the insured (***************** as representative thereof) sent stated not to contact them and that they will not be accepting emails, calls from USI.
We also provide attached and sent to ************************ by email since I tried to upload the supporting documentation but could not seem to submit via the Proceeding button) to provide you with supporting documentation.
