      Our experience with Aqueduct Plumbing & Heating of Putnam, *** , now known as Call the Bee, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being promised a service date in early May upon joining, we were met with disappointment and frustration at every turn. After signing the agreement, we were left in the dark for weeks, forced to send numerous emails and make multiple attempts to contact them, only to be informed that our service date had been pushed back to June 3rd.Even after finally confirming a service date, the ordeal continued. We had to endure a barrage of unresponsiveness, with emails seemingly disappearing into the void, requiring up to three follow-*** over weeks just to elicit a response. On the supposed day of service, we were assured that someone would arrive before 12pm. But alas, our hopes were dashed when no one showed up. Only after numerous attempts to contact the company did we discover that a technician had arrived well after 6pm, completely disregarding our business hours.The utter lack of communication, disregard for our time, and sheer incompetence displayed by this company has left us utterly perplexed. It's abundantly clear that they have no regard for their customers' needs or satisfaction
