    This dentist office has been the worst experience I ever had! The dentures they made for me are terrible that I cant use them, I went back in pain several times. They also put in two crowns that are infected had, when I went back they said they couldnt help me anymore. I was treated so unprofessionally, and with disrespect. They told me they couldnt help me any more and if I wanted I can pay out of pocket $10,000 for full implants! I was there in pain! They already charged my insurance for this Job! I will never go back there again. I went to another dentist and they gave me antibiotics and are fixing the problem that these dentist messed up!! DO NOT GO THERE! There work place is also not sanitary a danger to ones health!!

    DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. THEY DO SHADY BUSINESS TO THE 1000TH DEGREE!!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! EVEN DEVIL HIMSELF WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND HE'S THE FATHER OF LIES!!!!????????So I went to them on 2/5/24 for a perio consultation. I was informed by the doctor and **** that they would submit to my insurance get approval for perio treatment ONLY! Lo and behold, I received a letter from my insurance about approvals for a root canal and crowns which by the way I DO NOT need or was never even informed by anyone that I needed or that they will be submitting to my insurance for those treatments. I don't even know how i was even approved by my insurance for a RCT and Crown. But I would not be surprised if the x-rays they sent in to get the approval doesn't belong to me. The procedure that I actually need, they did NOT send in a full mouth series of x-ray so I was basically denied by my insurance for the service that I DO need. How ironic!!!!A few weeks later I received another letter from my insurance about claims for cleaning, xrays, fillings; the whole nine yards. Mind you, I had already had my regular routine dental in January, which i told them about and I even sent them my x-rays. But I guess they didn't care because their agenda is to milk insurance companies for everything they can get. The ONLY thing that ************** and their office did was looked in my mouth and took xrays, AGAIN. So I called my insurance to let them know that they paid for services that I had never received and when they contacted their office, **** made it seemed like I'm a liar and she is so oblivious to the workings of her office because in her words, "I'm the manager and certain things are not within my scope of duties". Lady, YOU ARE the one sitting at the front desk and dealing with patients.IF I COULD'VE GIVEN THEM NEGATIVE 0 STARS, I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD. THEY ARE VERY CROOKED IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.BEWARE OF SOUTH CENTRAL DENTAL IMPLANTS!!!!!!!

    Please do not go to this Dental office! Went here for an emergency extraction and had a horrific experience! They were dirty, didnt use gloves or sterile equipment, everything was cross contaminated due to the surgeons lack of caring. They talk you into doing work you dont need. They bill your insurance company for work they didnt do! I made a complaint to my insurance company when I got the dental statement from my insurance company ** they were charging them for work they did not do on me! The front desk lies, they are scammers and dont care about their patients. I went that 1 time and told them I will never be coming back again over the phone and in email!
