"The car guru special price is actually after a $4000 down payment." Scummy practice why not just list the car for what your selling it for.

So here it is 3 months after I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership. My vehicle has been in and out of the shop since I bought it and now it has to go back and have more freaking work done to it. I have only put ***** miles on the vehicle and should not be having the amount of issues that I have been having. I cant wait to get out of this vehicle and into a new vehicle. Yes I know its a used vehicle but **** they should do better at looking them over and fixing the issues instead of just making them look like they are fixed. Never again will I go to this dealership. Stay far away from them at all cost. That is why I changed my 5 star rating to a 1 star. If I could make it zero stars I would.

my report as follows on a visit to stream auto outlet islip. my mother and me needed another car because we was not positive our truck may not get fixed. our visit to used car dealer 11/22/24 friday with my mother. was picked up by employee because taxi dropped us off at wrong dealer. other side of sunrise highway. my mother wanted to listen to what they was going to do with helping me get a car with low monthly cost. it is with our regret this office in islip is one of the worst car dealers and my mother caught them and me in scam about them file a loan with ******* ***. we told them that the car was a 2011 ****** and they said it would cost 7999. but wanted a 5 thousand deposit or what ever i can pay. i offered 1000 and 200 plus cause i am on disability and my mother had a stroke in 2015 that i take care of every day.the car has 125 thousand on it and we got into arguments with high interest and the cost of car. the problem was they really wanted us to buy this car that was not at this address. it was in valley stream. the biggest mistake was them saying they got my credit report and did the loan with ******* ***. ******* *** would not give loan for the 2011 ****** because amount to low and milage. my mother knew they lied and i had a feeling it was a scam.we didnt see the car. they showed the website from ******. i believe it was a cover that possible the car was not safe or it had problems that the public does not know. we had more problems my mother said we will leave we dont like the deal. they tried to keep us but we left cause we know it was a terrible scam. contacted ******* *** since i have accounts with them,. fraud department thank my mother me for what we uncovered. i told them about them doing a loan. ******* *** checked there system. no loan was ever applied online. it was a scam fraud. they lied. ******* *** recorded entire report. my mother later said e need to report them to bbb next day the took another credit report without permission

So I had an appointment for a car the next day evening and the sales rep *********************** said the car was still available. I confirmed many times before I go because I live 2 hours away from the dealer. So before I leave my house I asked her again if the car was still available and she confirmed yes. After two hours of traveling, the car was gone. The other sales told me that the car was gone already in the afternoon. And to my surprise ***** wasn't even at the office, seems like she already knew the car was sold and she left the office just not to deal with me. I texted her asking about the situation and she said she just knew that the car was sold right before I arrived. That's totally bs since the other sales have different stories. What a horrible dealer, they would lie to you wanting you to still go there so they can sell you a different car. Wasted my time and money going back and forth. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, cuz they might lie to you also. (At least for *****)

My experience with Stream Auto Outlet has been less than pleasant. I spoke to their sales manager who was basically out to rob me.First, I am not sure if this is illegal, but it is certainly unethical to post a price for a car and then put an additional $3,995 in the fine print of the disclaimer at the very bottom of the ad. Not only that, but he said that he had to charge me an additional $2,000 because I was planning to pay cash instead of financing. He said that he would not get the kickback from the credit company so he has to charge me instead. When I said I would just finance to to save the $2,000 and pay it off right way, he said that I had to wait at least 3 billing cycles so he can get paid for it. That is definitely illegal and none of his business how I choose to finance or pay it off and when. Not to mention that the car had an accident reported on the Carfax and he did not give me any detail on it whatsoever. He brushed it off like it was nothing and was trying to charge all these hidden fees for a car with an accident reported. I will not be going back there and I would strongly advise against anyone even trying to contact them. They are shady and unethical to the point where the business they are conducting is borderline illegal.

Their price advertising is misleading, if not false. The car I was looking for had an advertised price, but when I asked about the price, I was informed that the advertised price was good after a $4000 down payment. That information was not visible on the site. I'm thinking the *** ought to look into this one.

Most ghetto establishment I have ever been to. The ** there, ******, is a legit con artist. Everyone in the showroom is committing fraud and taking advantage of people that dont know any better. Pulled my credit, put the deposit down, and has the audacity to change the price by 10% higher at the last second. My attorney will be having a field day with these guys
