I have an oil contract with Tragar that expires on 11/29/2022. The last oil delivery was made on 8/11/2022. I called their delivery department today (11/17/2022) to get a delivery before my contract is up. Not only because I want them to honor my current contracted rate but its been over 3 months since their last delivery. The first rep told me my limit was up but could explain what limit when asked. So she transferred me to her manager (*****). ***** told me the delivery is automatic and it totally determined by the computer, he can not deviate from what the computer tells him, and the computer tells him I wouldn't be able to get another delivery till December, which conveniently means I have to pay 70% more than my current contracted rate. Even during the Summer months I got delivery within 3 months. Now they're telling me I have to wait 4 months before they can deliver. This is unscrupulous business practice. To think I've been a loyal customer with them at my current house for three years and one prior house.

Last summer, I paid ****** k to Tragar for two ductless ***************** units in my ************** home. One in my attic and one in my living room. The one in my attic works fine. The one in my living room is a nightmare. I've had water pouring out of the unit running down my living room wall destroying my radiator, wall, living room wood floor and water in my basement while running the ac function. This past summer, Tragar came to my home on 7/2, 8/11, 8/25 and 9/19 to "fix the problem." They would not even compensate me for the damage to **************, radiator and basement. Each time the technician would say there is an issue with the drainage outside. If they kept coming four times over the summer to drain, I do not think it is a drainage issue. The Lennox unit is faulty and needs to be replaced. I am now afraid to turn on the machine to use the heating function because of fear that water is once again going to pour out of the unit. They are refusing to replace the Lennox unit. They now also will not return my husband's phone calls. What a terrible company! I am so upset we decided to go with Tragar last summer. Go with any other company for ductless air conditioning.

I have spoken with the homeowner today and we have planned a visit to her home on Thursday to further evaluate the situation in the home. She agreed to have us resolve the issue this Thursday.

I signed a contract with Tragar oil last October 2021 for service and oil pricing of $2.899 a gallon for oil the contract is good for 1 year.On my last delivery yesterday May 5th 2022 I received the oil ticket with a price of $6.109 a gallon. When I called to tell Tragar Oil they made a mistake I was told it was no mistake that's the price because I received HEAP benefits and that's what they charge the State. I explained that I have a contract stating I only pay $2.899 a gallon and was told that doesn't matter this is what your oil price is because you are receiving HEAP. Please help instead of not oweing this company anything I now owe them over $280. I've been trying to get a hold of HEAP but have left many messages and no call back yet. This isn't a problem for HEAP it's Tragar Oil. I've called other oil companies like ****** and ***** and they never heard of an oil company charging a customer, who has a signed contract for a specific price, more money per gallon because they receive HEAP benefits. Thank You in advance for any help you can provide. *************************
