            We purchased a side by side ********** ******* refrigerator on 2/18/2021 from Watertown Appliance for $1399.99, tax was $420 which brought the total to $1899.99. On 6/22/2021 I called Watertown Appliance to let them know that the fridge was not working properly over the weekend. Watertown Appliance said they would send someone out to look at the fridge. There was a lot of back & forth between the manufacturer and the company. We had to purchase another fridge because Watertown Appliance would not provide a temporary fridge will this was being taken care of. My husband called approx. July 1st & spoke to them after I have talked with them multiple times, they said they would refund our money for the fridge. As of today 7/27, I stopped at Watertown Appliance because we still haven't been refunded our money. I have now been told that paperwork will be in the mail, and they are now only reimbursing us the cost of the fridge and not the entire total with tax. Fridge hasn't been fixed still.

            We bought a refrigerator 3 years ago from Watertown Appliance & TV Center that now has issues that ********* does not parts for in stock. We needed to purchase a new refrigerator with money from a third party warranty company. We were very limited in what we could buy as we needed a counter depth side by side in black that dispensed water and ice in our price range. We had no intention of spending a lot of money after buying one three years ago. WATC went out of their way to make that possible for us. I was pleasantly surprised at how well we were treated and how well we were taken care of, All we had to do was ask. I will always buy from them VS a larger home store.
