Returns and Exchanges:

We have a No Return, No Exchange Policy except under specific conditions:

Exceptions: Returns are allowed only if the jewelry is received in damaged condition, missing parts, dents, or other forms of damage.

If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service center immediately at 315-681-0608 for assistance.

Returns for damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Jewelry must be returned in its original condition with tags and unworn. Missing items will void the return and refund.

Customized Orders are non-returnable, except in cases where we are at fault.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Shipping and Insurance:

For package safety, we recommend adding an optional insurance fee or requesting a confirmed signature (fees are the buyer's responsibility).

If you do not add insurance, Bella Jewellers LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office for assistance.

Ensure your shipping address is correct. If you have a history of stolen packages, we suggest picking up your items directly from the nearest post office.

Sales Tax:

New York buyers are subject to an 8% sales tax.

Customers outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.

Jewelry Weight:

Jewelry is sold by weight (grams), and the weight is based on our jewelry scale results.

Layaway Information:

Bella Jewellers LLC offers a Layaway Plan for purchases over $1,000 with no layaway fee. You have up to 1 month to complete payment.

A deposit is required, and the remaining balance must be paid in installments. Upon final payment, the item will be released to you.

If the final payment is not made by the due date, your layaway will be automatically canceled unless prior arrangements are made. A $39 cancellation fee applies if no payment is made within 3 days of the due date.

For extended layaways, a $30 per month fee will apply.

Returned checks will result in an automatic cancellation of the layaway agreement and a $35 service charge.

Cancellation Policy:

If the layaway is canceled, a $39 cancellation fee will be applied, and any payments made will be refunded.

Authenticity Guarantee:

All jewelry sold is guaranteed authentic and pawnable based on its karat description.

If you provide proof that an item is fake from a reputable pawnshop, we will refund your purchase.
