I ordered a shirt from this company and it arrived and it was not the shirt that I wanted and I sent it back to them as per their return/exchange policy. According to the post office it was received at their warehouse several days ago. I have tried to contact them about this and I have not received any responses. I have called them five times sent numerous emails and even spoke to an online chat. No responses. They now have my money, and the shirt that I returned.Customer Answer

I order 4 shirts on Jan 15, 2024 and I did not receive an email, confirmation, tracking info, order number, and yet they have charged my bank account. I have made many attempts to reach out, live chat.. Phone, email- no response. At this point I would just like to dispute the charge because I’m afraid this is a fraudulent company.Business Response

I placed an order #******** on Sept 1st with TeePop. I have since made several inquiries and phone calls regarding the status of my order only to get an auto reply saying the order is being reviewed by the staff or a voicemail saying no one is available at this time. Im concerned that my money has been taken and nothing else is being done to actually process this order. I placed an order on their Tee Pop site on 8/14/22 under order #********** My ****** payment was processed on 8/16/22. The website states that "orders are shipped within 1-3 business days." It also states that "once shipped it will take 2-5 business days to be delivered." and that a "tracking numbers are provided at time of shipment" After several days of no email with a tracking number I emailed them on 8/22/22 asking for an update. I immediately received an auto generated email stating, "Your request (#*****) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." Never heard anything so I tried to call on 8/24/22 but kept getting an answering machine. After several tries I finally left a message. Still nothing so I sent another follow up email on 8/25/22. It was at this time that I started to look into reviews of the company and came across the info on the BBB site. After reading all the other complaints about the same situation I decided to submit a complaint with you because it seems like the only way to get any kind of response from the company. I placed an order with this company on June 8, 2022. I attempted to contact them by phone and of course, there was no one to answer the phone and left a voicemail. I emailed them with no response. My complaint is the same as most of the other ones with the verbiage they used when contacting about the order. I want a status of my order as to then it will be processed and delivered. This is a gift for a very special person. What do they do, wait until a complaint is filed with you to get your item? This is totally ridiculous. I have stated I will cancel the order.
