I purchased a used car 2015 ****** Versa Note from Triple C completing the purchase on 7/9/23 for a total of ********. $400 was refunded to me as the dealer advised me that he did not have time to inspect the car. I attempted to register the car the following day and was advised by DMV that the car failed inspection and could not be registered, I then spoke with the owner ***** who ensured me that there must be a mistake the car was never inspected. He then provided new registration paperwork requesting that I return the original, I made a copy of the original and was able to successfully register the vehicle with the new paperwork. I was then given a 10 day temporary inspection sticker. I later found in the car the failed inspection notification, I advised ************** o this including the code for the failure which involved the transmission, he again denied that the car was registered then indicated it must have been inspected by an employee without his knowledge. He agreed to remedy the issue by having the car fixed so that it can be inspected, days later with daily outreach ************** avoided, lied and skirted the issue. He advise me that he would pick up the car and drop off to the ****** Dealership I told him that I would drop the car off as I was at work and the car was at home. He gave me the name of the person to contact, that person did not work for ******, he lied continually , I then had a lawyer write a letter of demand which was sent on 8/14/23 as of this date no response.
