I have been trying to reach customer complains or there **** of finance for over a month now and they just keep telling me to call back. i gave them a trade in worth $22,000 plus a bank check for $2***** for a new golf R 2022. i just need to pay off$ *****..... but the **** of america is tell me that my total due is over$ ******. how does this make any sense ?Business response

Management for our organization had been in communication with this customer since Tue, Mar 22, 4:33 PM. While we are uncertain of the exact payoff the bank is providing to the customer he did purchase several warranties via our dealership.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2020 Volkswagon Atlas Cross Sport from VW of West Islip 1/21 and have had the car in the shop on several occasions for various concerns. November 2021 I had a problem with the car and reported that all my sensor lights were blinking and my windows rolled down without reason. VW looked at it reset it and i got the car back in the day. about a week later I had the same problem windows rolled down sensor light went off and i brought it back for service yet again. This time they told me it was the window harness sensor and they had to order the part so I was without the car for a few days. They replaced the harness with the same model harness that was previously in the car. On 2/27/22 I was driving the car and as i was pulling up to a light suddenly the windows opened the car sensors went off and my parking brake engaged as I was moving causing me and my passenger to jerk forward. Luckily there was no one behind me. I had to stop the car in the middle of the road and shut it off to get the parking brake disengaged. I called VW on Monday and was advised to bring it in. When I brought the car in I was told that the part has been on back order since November and i would have to wait at least a month for the part. They also told me they had no loner car that Volkswagen would cover 53 a day for the rental. So i rented a car for a month. one week later 3/9/22 they called me to say they have a temporary fix to get the cars on the road until the part comes in. I am concerned that they are going to again replace the harness with the old model harness until the new one comes in. Is this temp fix vetted as i don't want to experience a similar incident to what just happened which endangered my **************** This would be the 4th time with this problem. today they told me to come get the car. I rented a car for a month and am concerned that i will have to return the car at a higher rate that what i contracted for.Business response

We have returned the customers car in working condition and covered any costs of the rental unit.
