      Such a frustrating dealership that just wants to sell whatever cars they want, not what you want. Called on a Tuesday about a car that I was interested in to schedule an appointment for Friday. They then confirmed our 2pm appointment at 11am on Friday. I drive to the dealership thats 2 hours from my home in ********** only to be told after 45 minutes of dilly dallying at the dealership that the car is in the mechanic shop and not available. The sales *** asked me what did you like about that car, I can find you something else. Like what? I came for a specific car, I scheduled this meeting 2 days ago, YOU confirmed it this morning at 11am and you knew I was coming from ****** because I explicitly said it, and failed to mention the car was undergoing maintenance or ***airs or whatever, waited until I drove all the way here to say the car was unavailable and try to sell me another car. Bizarre! The manager of the used sales ****** seemed unphased, unapologetic, and basically said it wasnt his fault. So I dont know whose fault it is that I scheduled this appointment two days ago and everyone failed to mention the car was not ready to be seen/driven today. Apparently they have to test drive the car before it can be given to a customer so I dont know if they decided to test drive the car 5 minutes before our appointment or what but that was completely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. The car was a 2024 white grand Cherokee jeep 4xe with 300 miles. No idea why it couldnt pass a simple test drive even though there are no records of any issues on carfax. Apparently there was something wrong with the transmission.

      I leased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe on January 11 ****. Drove the car 6 miles parked it in my driveway and the car will not start. Empire send a flat bed to take it back to the dealership on Monday 01/15/24 and today 02/01/24 and they still cannot fix my car. Every one I spoke with, **** the manager, *** the service manager they are all giving me the run around. Saying they dont know what the problem is they are working on it. On Saturday 20 , *** and ****** said they are trying to see if they can give me a refund or another car, that did not happen. Now they are telling me they think they found the problem but they are not sure . Now I am calling a lot they refuse to *************. I am out $6000. Plus dollars and out of a car. I called jeep direct and they are blaming Empire and Empire is saying it is Jeep to make a decision to give me a refund or exchange. I put no more than six miles on this car and the car is dead I am getting so many different excuses from everyone but no solution. I Spoke with the general manager, ****, the service manager, ***, the sales manager, *****, and another manager by the name of ****** and I am getting nothing but the runaround now they are refusing to answer my call they even start to get a little bit snippy and nasty with me over the phone when I do get in touch with them, all I want is a car that I paid for nothing extra if someone can please help me direct me in the right direction on what to do to get my car.

      Worst Dealership I've ever visited. I call them first time and they said vehicle is available. after reaching their I was told they sold it. Then couple of days later they said car is available. Before going their second time I called them confirmed if the car is available and they said yes.On my second visit, I was able to check the car and do a test drive. Then manager came and told me they sold it to someone else. He said I can put a deposit in case the buyer cancels it and it is fully refundable. The dealer is trying to fool people. I drove 2.5 hrs and got same answer both time. This was my worst experience. I will never buy vehicle from them.

      SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS DEALERSHIP DOWN!THEY STRAIGHT UP LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING. THEY THINK YOU WON'T CONTACT DODGE TO VERIFY IF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS TRUE AND WHEN YOU DO FIND OUT ITS A LIE THEY CHANGE THERE STORY. ALL THEY DO IS LIE. YOU CAN'T EVER CONTACT SOMEONE AT THE SERVICE CENTER! AND WHEN YOU ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. 15 MINUTES AFTER I HAD GOTTEN MY CAR THERE, THEY WERE ALREADY ASKING FOR MAINTENANCE RECORDS BEFORE I EVEN EXPLAINED WHAT THE ISSUE IS. SHADY PEOPLE!!I'VE HAD MY CAR THERE FOR 3 WEEKS FOR AN ISSUE THAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY JUST KEEP SAYING THEY CAN'T PUT IN A CLAIM UNTIL I AGREE TO PAYING $2k TO OPEN THE ****** THEY HAVEN'T RAN AND DIAGNOSTICS AT ALL SINCE IT'S BEEN THERE. THEY KEEP CHANGING THERE ANSWERS AND YOU GET NOWHERE. I FILED MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS WITH DODGE CARES AND IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! HOW COULD THEY HAVE AN A RATING ON THE ******** THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND HAVE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON HERE , ******* YELP, ************, AND MULTIPLE OTHER SITES! THEY NEED TO BE BROUGHT UP ON CHARGES FOR VIOLATING CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND THE **** ********* ACT!

      I bought a car from Empire Doge years ago. My Dodge Durango has been recalled. It doesnt start and Im out of a car right now. Im trying to make an appointment for over an hour and a half and now Ive been disconnected. This is not customer service and now I do t know if theyre ever going to fix this recalled part. Do yourself a favor stay away from this business and stay away from their customer service department.
