At the age of 65 and boating my whole life, I have Never been treated this way by anyone. This owner knows only one word! Thefword! How do you run a business this way? You are dealing with the public! This mechanic absolutely has a connection with the ************* ******* Although every **** was paid in time( because the ****** always sent them out immediately, but the mechanic did not and the ****** told us they did not send them out.) the mechanic always sent us a past due, even though we never received any . They had asked us when we wanted the boat in the water and we said, we were not in a hurry, as long as as long as it was by Memorial Day. ****! As soon as we got their **** , we paid it! Our boat was not even looked at until after memorial Day , we went numerous times see if anything was being done. Then in August we were told our boat needed a transom shield and we needed to pay them $8000.00. No **** was ever supplied! When we complained, we were then told by the ****** we would not be asked back. The mechanic insisted on cash payment otherwise he would keep our boat. We were held hostage! We paid. As always! And the next day the new ****** already had our engine out and being fixed! We were now informed by the time ************* ****** that we would not be invited back next year . So disappointed in both the ****** and the mechanic. We moved our boat to ********* ****** and they removed the boats engine in one day! Boat solved!
