The business reported a civil lawsuit on my credit report. I informed them that there was a class action lawsuit against their client Military Credit Services and that my case was part of the class action lawsuit. The Norfolk General District Civil Court case number **********-00 has been removed from the system and no longer exists. The account in question is over 11 years old at this point. The company refuses to remove it from my credit report and continues to report false information. I am a disabled veteran trying to get a home loan. The company put a debt of $17600 on my credit report and still refuse to remove it.

I disputed it to experian and they said foster and monroe llc says I owe this debt. I have phoned emailed foster and monroe llc. I am writing to formally state that I am not liable for the debt claimed by ****** ****** After a thorough review of my records, I found no contract or agreement that binds me to any debt obligation with this entity. Additionally, I want to clarify that I have no contractual relationship with FOSTER & MONROE LLC. Upon requesting the original contract from them, they failed to provide any documentation to support their claim. This lack of evidence further confirms that I am not responsible for this debt. It is important to note that without a valid and signed contract, there is no legal basis for this debt. I kindly request that any attempts to collect this debt cease immediately, as I do not acknowledge any liability. If there are any misunderstandings, I urge CREDIT FRESH and FOSTER & MONROE LLC to review their records and rectify this error promptly. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter.

    Duplicate complaint

I do not have a contract with Foster and Monroe, therefore I am not liable for this debt. I sent certified mail asking for validation and did not receive a response. I have also called and did not get an answer. This is also a collection account and they are reporting missed payments monthly on my account damaging my payment history. This is a serious violation.

I want this invalid account removed from my credit report immediately

away.Kindly examine your records for me. My concerns regarding my credit record stem from the unethical credit reporting techniques used by your firm. I requested documents of my contract with this collection agency, but I never received a response. I never gave your company my official authorization or did business with it Foster and Monroe. In addition to breaching my customer privacy rights, this company violates a number of federal regulations, such as the FCCPA, FCRA, and FDCPA. My state does not allow this company to collect. away.According to FTC guidelines, reporting this account in my consumer credit report is a collection activity. You are in violation of 18 U.S. Code 894-Collection of Extensions of Credit under (a) anyone knowingly engages in any way or conspires to do so. It is forbidden to use any extortionate means (1) to collect or attempt to collect any extension of credit. or (2) to impose sanctions under this article, up to a maximum of 20 years in jail, or both, on anyone who refuses to pay the debt. I feel like I'm being punished by your constant negative reporting on this account in my credit report, which is making it harder for me to find a better place to live. Cease and Desist and Remove accounts.
