    This company has been harassing me for an account I paid off from another company and I have the paid in full letter which was sent to the company that's harassing me and that's threating to garnish my wages. The account that I paid off was with **** * *********s which was paid off back in 2023 or 2024 and now Foster and Monroe is stating the account is not paid off. I just want the harassment to stop. The total amount that was paid was around 1300$ and I have the proof. Please help me in this matter

    The business reported a civil lawsuit on my credit report. I informed them that there was a class action lawsuit against their client Military Credit Services and that my case was part of the class action lawsuit. The Norfolk General District Civil Court case number **********-00 has been removed from the system and no longer exists. The account in question is over 11 years old at this point. The company refuses to remove it from my credit report and continues to report false information. I am a disabled veteran trying to get a home loan. The company put a debt of $17600 on my credit report and still refuse to remove it.

    Date status reported to experian credit report is 6/4/2024. Balance is $1977.00. Account name: Foster and Monroe llc date opened 3/01/2024. I disputed it to experian and they said foster and monroe llc says I owe this debt. I have phoned emailed foster and monroe llc. I can get no answer to this debt or what it is or how it pertains to me. This has put a negative impact on my credit report as my credit is showing this debt.

The gentleman, David falsely answers the phone stating I’m calling experience and that he works for both Foster and ********. I do not have a contract with them and ask this be removed from my credit
