Despite my previous dispute, ******** has failed to remove this account, violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) 15 U.S.C. § 1681i, which mandates the deletion of inaccurate or unverifiable information. Fraudulent Account Details: Creditor: Foster and Monroe LLC Account Number: 51 Balance Owed: $1,781 This account was opened without my authorization and is the result of identity theft. I have never had any business relationship with this creditor. Additionally, I have filed a police report with the San Antonio Police Department, further supporting my claim. We acknowledge the consumers dispute's but unfortunately there appears to be confusion on her part. Disputing a matter doesn't automatically remove an account from a credit report, it only does if the account is inaccurate. The disputes have been reviewed by ******** and the information has been determined as valid and accurately reported. This company has been harassing me for an account I paid off from another company and I have the paid in full letter which was sent to the company that's harassing me and that's threating to garnish my wages. The account that I paid off was with **** * *********s which was paid off back in 2023 or 2024 and now Foster and Monroe is stating the account is not paid off. I just want the harassment to stop. The business reported a civil lawsuit on my credit report. I informed them that there was a class action lawsuit against their client Military Credit Services and that my case was part of the class action lawsuit. The Norfolk General District Civil Court case number **********-00 has been removed from the system and no longer exists. The account in question is over 11 years old at this point. The company refuses to remove it from my credit report and continues to report false information. I am a disabled veteran trying to get a home loan. Date status reported to experian credit report is 6/4/2024. Balance is $1977.00. Account name: Foster and Monroe llc date opened 3/01/2024. I disputed it to experian and they said foster and monroe llc says I owe this debt. I have phoned emailed foster and monroe llc. Foster and Monroe are reporting a new account on my credit report. I do not have a contact with them. They need to immediately remove this account from my credit report. The gentleman, David falsely answers the phone stating I’m calling experience and that he works for both Foster and ********. I do not have a contract with them and ask this be removed from my credit
