I have asked multiple times for the company to stop calling me and they refuse to do so. I have spoken to management and they continue to call me and state they will stop but to no effect. This has happened over a 12 months they continue to call and each time I ask for them to stop and they just hang up the phone each time. I am not the only person this is happening to and I hope the BBB can stop their predatory telemarketing. **** *****, the manager has continued to call after multiple conversations to stop calling. I spoke to ****** ***** in customer service who has stated they can see I have asked to stop calling and are unaware why the sales team continues to call.

**** sales associate form bullion shark is very aggressive with his sales tactics. Doesnt let me say no or hang up. I agreed to buy 50 2024 (p) **********************. He said he had an extra 50 he could sale me a month later. 100 coins total he said he wouldnt charge me until I was ready some I pleaded with him that I was short on money after he persuaded me to buy 1972 proof eagles for almost $5k.I gave him My credit card info and payment went through. A month later I get a random charge on exactly the first of December. No courtesy call or text or even email. I saw he had charged my credit card 5k for the other fifty coins. Immediately when I saw that charge I called him and asked him whats up. He said he would talk to shipping. Four days passed and I got a notification on my informed **** delivery that a label was made. Not only did **** not cancel my order he tried to hurry the shipping and update tracking info and went as far as tell me that he couldnt make it to shipping on time. This is a shady sales tactic used to not have to refund the client. If it ships out and is received by the client the credit card company usually sides with the vendor since the goods were accepted.

As discussed, this order was to be charged on a specific date and then mailed. We billed the card and shipped the merchandise in full. The client refused the shipment and then disputed the credit card charge. We recieved back the merchandise and gave a full refund for the items.

I called Bullion Shark on October 9th, I spoke to ******* the sales *** and told him word for word on a recorded line that I would like to preorder the 2024-(P) American silver eagle First Star privy NGC MS70 8th Era Label Nice Gang coin. I had him read me back my order, he said that I was pre ordering the 2024-(P) American Silver Eagle First Star privy NGC MS70 8th Era Nice Gang Label coins. After receiving my emailed invoice, I notice under the description it said I ordered four 2024 (P) Silver Eagle NGC MS70 - First Star Privy (Magnum Opus Label) This is not only frustrating, but its a clear case of false advertising. I relied on the descriptions and images provided on their site, which led me to believe I was purchasing exactly what I wanted and stated. The switch has left me disappointed and questioning the integrity of Bullion Shark business practices. So, I called the sales rep ******* at Bullion Shark. He said the 8th Era Nice gang was just the label difference that Im still getting the exact 2024-(P) American Silver Eagle Star privy NGC MS70 graded coin. I told him specifically which first edition label coin I was ordering. He blatantly lied to me that he knowingly was preordering. I told him (Bullion Shark) were advertising the 8th Era Nice Gang MS70 graded coin. Im furious how such a careless transaction was disregarded. I told him I called and pre-ordered the 2024-(P) American Silver Eagle first star privacy NGC MS70 8th Era Nice Gang Label. There's no excuse for him not placing the correct order unless he never intended to and just wanted to take my money and give me the incorrect product after it was too late to change the order. I told him to make it right and get my four rare first release edition of the star privacy silver eagle with the 8TH Era Label. Bullion Shark company reviews, they do the same to other customers bait-and-switch and we are not the only victims. Be aware of their deceptive sales tactics.

We spoke to the client today and there was a misunderstanding between the salesman and the client as to exactly what the client wanted. The coins in question were similar and an invociing mistake occured. We shipped out the correct coins (and corrected the invoices) today for the client using Fedex: ************* The client stated they are happy with this resolution and that they will be removing this complaint since the misunderstanding was handled promptly.

I've been doing business with Bullion Shark for 3 years. Initially, ******* from the telephone sales team was very nice. He was so nice he coerced me into spending over $10k on their silver products. He left the company in 2024. The sales team is a very irreverent bunch of high- pressure sales manipulation individuals. They're not experts, concerning what they're selling.Since "M" left, I've been receiving 2-3 calls per week. I'm a 100 % disabled retired veteran who suffers from PTSD at a very high level. My disabilities make me vulnerable, somewhat compulsive ("this is your ONLY chance to get ___") and the sales team is relentless. For the past 3 months I've been telling sales reps to stop calling me and take me off their call list. This didn't stop the calls. These young men are irreverent, pushy, shady and do not respect a customer who's begging them to stop calling. I know I cannot recoup what money I was persuaded out of by professional, smooth- talking "M", but these calls are predatory and they've got to stop. They've reached the point of harassment, now. I did ask, this year, to be contacted by "***", supposed manager, if contacted, at all. Bullion Shark's sales team completely disregarded my request. When a call is answered, there's profanity in the background and laughing and "Whoop! Got another one!" And so on. I'm beyond my ability to endure these calls. They are hungry, rabid sales rookies who do not respect any client with whom the make contact. I've given up on getting them to leave me alone, and respectfully request you address this issue with hopes of stopping the calls to me. I can invest in what I want on their website and will never do transactions with their sales team, again. Respectfully, *********************** ************

Hello, I sent an email today to ******** requesting which email and phone number she would like removed just to make sure all possible contact forms are removed from our database. We will then remove her contact completely from our systems. We also sent her and email that there are various items from her sales records that we would like to make offers on to purchase back. I am confident that we will come to an amicable solution and will keep you abreast. We also have a 14 day money back guarantee, however the orders in question are 1-2 years old at this point.

JAN 30, **** I bought 2 rolls of Pennies from Bullion Shark online and the photo showed shiny **** steel ***** ends in bankrolls which means they should have been unsearched and uncirculated. Instead, I received dirty, circulated Pennies in 2 tubes. Highly disappointed in their false advertisement. To top it off, a representative from the company called me after seeing me as a new buyer online and offered me a new CAC graded MS70 Silver Eagle for a great price. I commenced in giving him my Amex credit card number and then his Shark sales pitch kicked in. He wanted to talk me into buying 100 of them for over $6,000.00 claiming a bunch of investment jargon. I said no and I kept saying no until I got fed up and hung up the phone. He tried calling me back but I did not answer. Ive been uneasy about giving up my credit card number to them because of this experience. Oh, and Im sure Ill never see my ONE coin he talked me into purchasing. I should get the $46.89 back that I paid for the worthless Pennies without going through the trouble and additional expenses of returning them.

In initially dealt with Bullion Shark this passed May when I bought a antoninianus of Emperor ********. Since then, a gentleman at the Company named ****, has been calling me incessantly. After one such call to me, I wrote a complaint into Bullion Shark on account of his inability to take "no" for an answer. He has nevertheless continued to call.I have been blocking his calls for the last several months, but he keeps calling me from different numbers. I answered him last Wednesday when I was at a medical appointment with the VA. I warned him that I was on the Do Not Call registry, and that I was going to take action if he continued harassing me. My providers at the VA documented the interaction, as I was actually seeing my therapist at the time. It has been only seven or eight days since then, and he just called me again today at 5:42 PM. I just want this man to leave me alone. I am a disabled veteran and just trying to live my life in peace. Please, just get this man to leave me alone.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [Your Answer Here]

Are you sure, this time? I previously blocked Bullion Shark's phone number several times and **** just continued calling me from different numbers despite how many times I told him to stop, and even continued to do so after I warned of legal action. You have to understand that in light of all of that, I wouldn't be surprised if you continued showing so much boldness. Forgive me, but I am NOT holding my breath.

In light of the last nearly six months of constant harassment and inability to take "no" for an answer, it's going to take a little bit more than a poorly written, single sentence response. Your response is one from someone who DOES NOT CARE, or simply views this complaint as a minor nuisance.

Why was **** permitted to behave the way that he did? Is he a co-owner of the Company? What could he have possibly hoped to gain, by relentlessly calling me, and outright ignoring my pleas to be left alone?

Going back to the first ever call I received from him, I made it perfectly clear with an email to Bullion Shark that I never wanted you guys to contact me again. You KNEW I wanted nothing to do with you guys ever since my first contact with **** back in may, yet he persistently called me one or two times a week since then. So I want to know exactly why. Why did you persist after I repeatedly told you to stop both verbally and in writing?

By the way, I've already reported this to the **** and I am also contacting the State ************************* pursuant to reporting violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

    Sincerely,

    *****************************
