      We placed a dog food order on October 10, 2023 for 60 pounds of Cub Puppy dog food (2 x 30 pound bags). The order # ********** was paid through an online credit card transaction. We have yet to receive the dog food order and have reached out serval times to Sport Dog Food via email (12/7, 12/13, 12/30/2023 and 1/15/ 2024 with no response) and phone messages with no updates or order status. We are requesting a full refund of $196.00.

      I had been receiving great dog food from sport dog food for a few years. It was always shipped reliably and the communication of when food would ship was amazing.But then, starting about March 2023, most of the supply was out of stock. At first the system seemed on top of it, and it would not charge you if you had set up auto shipment. But then it would charge you, but itd be refunded. And then in July and August it finally completely broke down, and I was never sent any food, I was charged, and I was not refunded. All the more frustrating, it is intermittent, because I was charged and refunded in November.Throughout that time, I tried to cancel my auto shipment, but that option was non-existent or broken. It suggested calling and/or sending a support email, both of which I did. However, you never get an email or phone call back. The only recourse I had was to eventually cancel my credit card. I had given them so much leeway though, that it was too late for a chargeback. So now Im out at least $90 (probably $180 since the other charge back might not work) for dog food that I never received.Im also still receiving emails that there was a problem processing your autoship due to a failed charge, which means they are still trying to charge me for food Ill never receive.If you are looking for dog food, and you are lucky enough to find one of their variations that are in stock, dont order from them. You may never get it, and even if you do, when you go to buy more, theyll be all out of stock. And there is no line of communication that theyll respond to.I have kept copies of my emails to them, and I also have screenshots showing that two packages dont have tracking info (the ones I never received). Whereas the others that actually shipped do.I have attached a screenshot showing the lack of refund and lack of tracking info. I also added a screenshot showing what it would look like if I did get a refund or had tracking info.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Sport Dog Food regarding complaint ID ********.

      I received a few payment failed for autoship autogenerated notifications.  I also had an autogenerated one suggesting it was canceled, however all the website shows is that it failed.  Long story short, Im still not sure if it was cancelled at all, and if it was, if the company had any manual involvement. There has been no direct communication. They also still owe me a refund for two orders that were never received.

      Sport dog food charged us for food they do not have available. I was sent an email on stating my dogs food would be shipped the week of July 3rd. I emailed to make sure this was true as they have had severe issues getting and keeping their dog food in stock. I was told my food would be shipping the week of Jy 3rd. July 10th we were charged for the food. We still have not received the food. I have emailed and called multiple times ( I have emails) and absolutely no reply. This has been an on going issue! We want our ***** dollars refunded for our herding dog food. I did check their ******** page and they have a number of the same complaints and issues I do. Taking money and not shipping food as they dont even have the food to ship!
