    BBB files indicate a Pattern of Complaints concerning the company's marketing practices and fulfillment of services. Consumers are telling BBB about their experiences after participating in a survey/contest offered by Reward Zone USA LLC. A number of consumers allege that they were promised a prize if they completed the surveys/incentives the company provides. Many of these consumers allegedly followed the instructions that Rewards Zone USA LLC gave but are still unable to claim the reward.

    As of March 2023, consumers continue to report persistent problems with the incentive surveys they have allegedly taken for the company. Consumers cite issues with ID verifications, account lockouts/suspensions, and reward denials without explanation as the most common concerns. Some consumers claim they are told that their accounts were suspended due to an attempt to defraud the program, and most of these consumers say they cannot get an explanation from the company on how they violated the terms of service or why they have been banned from the platform. Nearly all consumers reportedly encounter inadequate customer support when trying to resolve concerns they have.

      On June 30th about 6 pm I saw a thing on my phone about this buisness and how it would give me up to $750 dollars if I completed all these task and sign *** , I completed it with no problem and then they rejected me even after I followed each step to the exact way they wrote it, gave them my id for confirmation and they still rejected me Im so ***et because I spent over $100 dollars to get my $250 prize in which I wont receive

      As a courtesy, we made a one time exception and reversed our decision regarding this claim.
      We are confident that a fair and reasonable resolution has been realized in this matter. The customer received their ********************** of $250 and it has since been redeemed. 
      To ensure the quality of our Rewards Program, we do a thorough check for identity masking technology like VPNs/Proxies. Should the consumer use our program again in their next eligibility period, we highly recommend turning off such technology as we we will be unable to make additional exceptions.

      I enrolled in a rewards program. Finished all of the rewards within a very short amount of time . Ten out of the 25 deals I paid for and also the games that took me a while to play are credited. The other fifteen wont credit . I contacted the company MULTIPLE TIMES . It takes forever for them to respond and they do not give a phone number . After almost a month of starting games and enrolling in trials (keep in mind I completed 23 deals in total and I have e mails from the games themselves saying I personally completed these deals with the dates I did so) they are *** saying I stole what I did off other platforms . I asked for proof of this bc all of my rewards I did myself . I have my credit card statement for proof along with e mails from the company. So now they will be getting their reward because I signed up for all my deals and they are lying and saying my deals were stolen off another websites which is completely FALSE and now I am asking them tomorrow that to me (since I have my proof that I purchased every trial within a month and played every single game) and they wont respond to me . And they never will bc they are a scam. They have people sign up and complete all the deals we never get the money and they get their rewards? It is bogus and absurd . So they just profited off of me . If needed I will upload all of my information on here including credit card proof of purchase and the games themselves (customer service ) that e mailed me stating I completed the deal and should be able to collect my credit . I have it all.

      We have reviewed the details of this case and we maintain the decision to disqualify the Reward Claim and terminate the account.

      Sending requests for courtesy Deal credit does not guarantee they will be granted. We offer our Rewards program based on the premise of your completing Deals through our Program and passing some of the compensation we receive back to you in the form of a Reward. For most courtesy Deal credits, we are not compensated. If a participant is reporting a high rate of Deals not tracking, it points to an issue on their end, and we encourage participants to ensure that they are completing Deals as a new user/subscriber/install directly through our program.

      It is extremely rare to have more than half of a participant's Deals experience a technical tracking issue.  We conduct ongoing testing regularly to ensure to tracking is working as expected and we have a sound understanding of an expected technical error rate due to no fault of your own. As such, a deeper investigation is conducted in cases such as this one.

      Following an investigation of this request, the evidence the customer provided and represented as screenshots of their own participation do not appear to be legitimate. They are screenshots from the public and readily available via a ****** search. For example, the proof submitted for completion of Match to Win is one that is not unique to the customer. This signals fraudulent intent.

      Unfortunately, were seeing an increase in a pattern of customers misusing, abusing, and/or fraudulently using our generous courtesy Deal credit process to obtain rewards. If we reasonably believe you are attempting to game or defraud our program, we may void all your attempts to earn a Reward. We regret that this is the outcome, however, it is necessary to allow us to continue to offer our Rewards program to those that are abiding by the rules.

      Hi my name is *************************** and I filed a complaint against rewards program . They responded and on my side it says it has been resolved . It had not been resolved at all. I would like to respond back. I lost money because of them and i have proof against what they are saying . I dont Know if I accidentally hit a button that said resolved or there wasnt a way to respond to what they wrote, but I would like to . I have e mails stating what they are saying is false .

      i would also like to apologize as they have completed the reward portion. It just took loner than expected to hear back from them , I am assuming they were a lot busier but hes I did receive my reward after they reviewed it very quickly and I appreciate the help.       Do not fall for this scam! Several completed PAID deals I did not receive the credits. Talking to customer service via email all they do is give you the run around I submitted screenshots as proof I completed the paid deals. Their answer did you receive a confirmation email.       *** instances where you are a new qualified/user subscriber for a Deal you've signed up for, met the requirements and you do not see the Deal reflected under your Reward Status our team can look to verify your participation through our program and issue Courtesy ***********. 
       
      As outlined in our Terms and Conditions for Proof of Deal Completion you must retain: 

             The original email, receipts, and confirmations for completed Deals. Copy and paste emails are not accepted.
             Proof of payment including copies of bank or credit card statements. When you make copies of your statements, we ask that you cover your account number.
             *** mobile apps and games, we may ask for screenshots of your devices home screen, the in-app screen showing the specific level reached, the account screen, and/or the app installation date from the App or Play Store.
             Receipts for in-app purchases, if a purchase was made.
      Courtesy ***********. If a technical issue occurred through no fault of your own that prevented a Deal from automatically crediting to your Reward Status, we may ***** a courtesy *********** with acceptable proof.
       
      Of course, proof requirements will depend on the Deal you've completed. 
       
      To be credited with the completion of a Deal, you must:
       
             access the Deal through the Website on a Deal page or through a valid link provided to you by customer support;
             complete the requirements to get credit for the Deal which are included in the text box that appears when you click on a Deal and/or in the Representative Deal Chart;
             use the same accurate contact information for completing the required Deals as you did during the registration process;
             not have a third party (friend, relative, etc.) complete Deals for you; or
             sign up for the same Deal more than once.  

      With regards to Hulu, we took at the proof supplied and it appears that you registered with an email address that is different from the one you are using for our Rewards Program. We wouldn't be able to issue courtesy *********** as the email doesn't match.

      I completed 26 deals (the min requirement is 25) between Monday, 4/24 and Tuesday, 4/25 as part of a rewards program to earn a $1,000 gift card. I had reached out to the company on Thursday, 4/27 to inform them that I had not received credit for the majority of the deals. Per their automated email with instructions, I forwarded all the confirmation emails. I did not realize that their automated email also said it could take up to 5 days before a credit is shown. I was planning on reaching out again at the 5 day mark ****************** 4/30) if there were no updates.Upon checking my emails yesterday, I realized the company emailed me Saturday night. The email while lengthy was clearly a copy and paste/automated type email; it was vague, over generalized and contained grammatical errors. The gist of the email was to inform me that I am disqualified from receiving the reward and that the "thorough" review they conducted had, "revealed reasonable evidence to lead ** to conclude that your account has been operating with the intent to defraud our Rewards program." I responded directly to the email and put in a separate request through the support link on the site--in an attempt to obtain additional information. I want to give the company the benefit of the doubt that this was a mistake, though this is a serious accusation and I do not take this lightly. *Additional Information It has also now been 6 days since finishing the deals and while some additional credits were added to my account, as of this moment I am still missing 10 out of the 26. Again, I have directly forwarded over confirmation emails to them. I am happy to provide the confirmation emails to the BBB as well if needed. I see after coming to the BBB that this has been a pattern recently with the company. I did not check the reviews this year as I have actually utilized this program twice before. Other than a couple missing credits, there was no issue. I earned $1,000 in 2020 and $500 last year in 2022, since the program allows once per calendar year. I informed the program of this as well and provided the email address I utilized last year.

      Please know that we conduct a holistic and thorough review of an account prior to making decisions regarding disqualification and termination. 
       
      When reviewing your account, it was discovered that: 
       
             Multiple accounts have been created. 
             Residential proxy connections are in use. 
             Activity indicates that access to our website was done via an unauthorized path. 
             Activity indicates that interactions of an unnatural nature for a single participant has taken place.  

      The activity related to this account is in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of our program. This information - along with the use of technologies and processes prohibited by our Terms and Conditions to prevent the defrauding of our program and advertising partners led to the decision to disqualify and terminate the account.

      We hope you understand that we are only able to offer the continuation of our Rewards program for participants who act in good faith in accordance with the Terms and Conditions all users must agree to adhere to *********************************************************

      I spent my hard earned money to complete the required deals to be able to redeem the $750. Once I started the redemption process everything seemed to be going just fine, I got to the last step which is waiting for my id to get verified. But then i Received an email stating i was disqualified. I responded to the email asking to resolve this issue but no luck not a single reply. I wasscammed out of my money by signing up for all the trials, but i had the benefit of the doubt that maybe I will like some of these trials. Please stay away from attempting to do these deal you will lose your hard earned money!

      As part of the verification process all requests for Deal credit and Reward claims go through multiple checks for compliance with our Terms and Conditions.

      An investigation into this account revealed violations of our Terms and Conditions.

      You must provide accurate details as to your identity and location. Using technology designed to conceal your identity or location (such as disposable phone numbers or emails, proxies, VPNs) may result in additional scrutiny of your account.  If it is determined that technology of this nature is being used to defraud, game or deceive the Rewards program, your account will be suspended, and any Deal credits forfeited. 
      You cannot attempt to defraud and/or deceive ** by creating or using multiple email addresses, phone numbers (including disposable numbers), accounts. 
      You cannot create accounts on behalf of others, complete deals on behalf of others or manage the accounts of others. 
      You cannot use a link to a Website provided by another person or reuse a link that you previously used to claim a Reward. 


      The account in question is directly linked to multiple other accounts that have been operating over simultaneously over the last couple of months claiming $750 Rewards.
      You cannot use means to circumvent our waiting period rules to claim multiple Rewards. For a $750 Reward the waiting period is 12 months.
      We maintain our decision to disqualify the claim toward a Reward for this account.

      I started level up flash rewards at the end of February. It took me about a month to complete the 5 deals for the 100$ reward. I dont have a lot of time to spend on games and apps so I had decided to go for the 100$ when I started. I had planned to use it for a couple weeks of groceries for my kids. We have been struggling immensely the past year and half and I was so eager to finally be able to get some food stocked for them vs going to bed hungry or eating ***** noodles for dinner. I was told I had 30 days to verify my ID and 3 attempts. After my FIRST attempt I received a email that I had been disqualified because my ID did not pass verification. What happened to the other 2 attempts? Maybe my lighting was off I dont know but I would have done it again correctly. I have asked SEVERAL times why I was disqualified and they keep saying the same ** (reviewed account thoroughly, this decision was not taken lightly blah blah blah) and linking their terms of service. If they reviewed my account thoroughly why cant they tell me what I did that violates TOS. I saw so many reviews they were a scam but still put in the time being hopeful. Dont make the same mistake.

      Identity verification is an important step of the claims process and is outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Identity verification ensures that there is a real person that is participating in the program and that they are the actual person.  This prevents individuals from participating on other people's behalf, creating false identities, or committing fraud. We use a trusted third-party verification solution (*******) designed to verify an individuals identity while protecting sensitive personal data and promoting a high level of consumer privacy. Failure of the identity verification process results in a claim not being processed.

      A valid legible ** must be submitted along with a selfie.  Both are authenticated. You must submit a real-time photo of your ** and your selfie. An otherwise valid document that is copied, expired or altered is not acceptable. As an example, a photo of a photo of an ** is not considered a valid **. You must take a real time photo of the ** in your possession. In this case, the failure result indicated the submitted document the was not consistent with the known document.

      Our support team has reached out with instructions on how to attempt the identity verification process again. Please ensure that you do not submit the same photos that resulted in the previous failure as the result will likely be the same. Youll want to take new photos.

        Was given another chance to verify my ID. I had no issues this time and received a emails that my reward would be arriving within 5-7 days. Thank you to the company for making it right

We have reviewed the details of this case and we maintain the decision to disqualify the claim and terminate and permanently suspend the account.

      We believe this customer is being deceptive in their interaction with our Rewards program and with the BBB in filing this complaint. We have observed a disheartening trend of individuals improperly using the complaint anonymity the BBB offers to initiate false reports to receive credit or claim rewards that are not actually due to them.
      This account along with other accounts that are directly connected to the account filing this complaint has a pattern of noncompliance our Terms and Conditions. In fact, the customer in this case states they are the identical twin brother of the customer that filed Complaint# ********.

      The customer is using the identical anonymous proxy server connection as the customer in Complaint# ********. In addition, the phone number supplied is an anonymous VOIP phone number, not their true phone number provided by their carrier.
      We strongly recommend that the customer refers to our Terms and Conditions, specifically our User Conduct and Complete Deals section. *********************************************************
      The account has been terminated. We made special accommodations for the account holder that is directly linked to this account. Despite their use of anonymous technology, we made an exception and allowed them to claim. We will not be offering an exception of any kind in this case.

      We regret that this action is necessary to continue to offer quality services to our advertising partners and to participants that are operating in good faith and following the rules.

      We wish you them all the best with a Rewards program that better suits their needs.

      I signed up for the Reward Wizard *** in January 2023. I completed the necessary deals with in the 60 days to reach the $1,000 or Mac Book reward. I had proof for the remaining 3 deals, but I was told that they only would credit 5 deals manually out of the 25 deals. This is not listed in their rules. I reached out to customer service and then was told my profile was suspended permanently. I messaged for a reasoning and never got an answer. I was then able to click to claim a lower reward of $750, but never received the follow up email to verify my ID. I reached about not receiving this email and they again told me my account was permanently suspended.
