    BBB files indicate a Pattern of Complaints concerning the company's marketing practices and fulfillment of services. Consumers are telling BBB about their experiences after participating in a survey/contest offered by Reward Zone USA LLC. A number of consumers allege that they were promised a prize if they completed the surveys/incentives the company provides. Many of these consumers allegedly followed the instructions that Rewards Zone USA LLC gave but are still unable to claim the reward.

    As of March 2023, consumers continue to report persistent problems with the incentive surveys they have allegedly taken for the company. Consumers cite issues with ID verifications, account lockouts/suspensions, and reward denials without explanation as the most common concerns. Some consumers claim they are told that their accounts were suspended due to an attempt to defraud the program, and most of these consumers say they cannot get an explanation from the company on how they violated the terms of service or why they have been banned from the platform. Nearly all consumers reportedly encounter inadequate customer support when trying to resolve concerns they have.

      Reward Wizard consists of completing a series of tasks within a specific time frame (some free, some cost), and if you do so, they promise to reward you $750. I invested over $100 to win the $750, but I have not received anything yet. I've been documenting EVERYTHING already, due to the company's inconsistent communication habits. The last time I heard from them was via email 9/20/2021. That was when they notified me that I completed everything, won the money and prompted me to insert my bank account information, which I did. They claimed the deposit would take 2-4 days-today's 9/29. I haven't heard ANYTHING ELSE from them, and they've stopped responding to my emails altogether once they got my bank account info. Some days took longer to get a response than others, but they WOULD respond. I have been emailing them daily these past 3 days and they've ignored them all.       We have reviewed this customer's account and see they redeemed their reward through our fulfillment vendor Tremendous on September 20, 2021. We made multiple attempts to call the customer to assist in resolving the redemption issue. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in our attempts to reach the customer. We have sent the customer an email with the contact information for our fulfillment vendor, Tremendous. We recommend that they reach out to Tremendous directly to assist in resolving the issue.

      I was promised a $750 Amazon gift card for "completing one deal" once I did so I recived an email that my reward was waiting with a link, the link took me back to the same page informing me that I still needed to "complete one deal to get your reward" there was never any mention of 2 "deals" just the fact that one was required. Since this email I haven't beem able to get their support to contact me. Ive called their phone numbers and been hung up on. Im scared that theyre stealing my identity and I just want what I was promised.

      We are writing in response to complaint #******** dated 8/26/2021.

      We have reviewed the customer's account and see that they completed one Level 1 towards earning the $750 to Your Amazon Account reward. We can also confirm the has interacted with several other deals however, they have yet to complete all the deal requirements to receive credit.

      In reviewing the screenshots provided by the customer, our website does not indicate only one deal is required to qualify for this reward. To earn a reward, customers must complete the number of deals at each level that correspond to the reward value of their choosing. If the customer would like to continue towards earning the $750 to Your Amazon Account reward, they must complete Levels 1 through 7 and the required number of deals for each Level. However, if the customer would like to cash out earlier for a lower reward value, they may do so after they have completed Level 2.

      I started RewardZone's offer on July 19, 2021. Offers would not credit and I had to contact support. I was asked to verify my id address and dob. They said it was to ensure their household requirements were being met. I scanned my license, sent a picture of a letter, and a selfie. July 22, they said I passed the verification. It was an endless tug for each credit. I kept sending the same pictures repeatedly to be rejected for petty/nonexistent reasons. Firstleaf was the last offer and a 6 day tug of war. After they finally agreed, I still didn't get credit. 2 days later I get an email saying someone at my address did this offer and I was dqed. I called and they could not clarify who completed the offer. There is only 2 people at my residence: Me & my wife. No one completed the offer. If this was legitimate I shouldn't have passed in the beginng. They could have brought this up 12 days ago when I did verification. Now they can sell my identity if they want to. Without giving me a dime.
