            I ************************* here by state that i have the white handdicap sticker for my son ********************* who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy when he was a kid his sticker was suppose to be renewed in 2019 but covid came in so it took two years for them to open back up ! now i submitted ****** to then for renewal they claim they didnt get it then i sent it again they sent it back stating it was incomplete so i went to the doctor to redo it and it was redone !!now ******** who supposed to be a supervisor states that they need a supporting doctors letter which the form they send is filed out by his primary doctor ! im going in circles but yet getting tickets when i take him to the doctor or shopping ! im so tired this is a renewal not first apply they have his doctor ****** from the beginning! and doctor form filed out that they send ! i need help because im tired !im calling the mayor as well ! and the doctor ****** is what they send for the doctor to fill out which is in a year ! the doctor filled it out 7/21/23 which she send back stating with in a year she must dont comprehend because we are in march so its still within a year ! also they talk nasty ! she also so said i need a form filled out to be able to speak on ***** behalf i asked them to send it no one has sent it ! its a shame they have supporting documents since day one and now and we still getting a run around im so tired ! its not fare and some one needs to be retrained ! ***** cerebral palsy is not going to change or go away !!i sent ****** they claim they didnt receive i send it it they send it back i correct it and send it back ******* sends it back stating doctor ****** which the form sent out from they is filled out and she asking for something they have already and has be submitted! over and over this is for a renewal ! his disability is not going to change !!please help that you truly im sending pictures or what was sent to they and she saying supported medical which is sent and done on the paper they send make it make sense
