    I took a business cash loan on 07/31/2024 with company called Solidify USA which worked with another company called ************. during regular payment day, I had hard time paying my regular daily $980 payments. I asked company multiple times if I can delay my payment for couple days so i can catch up, but i got declined answer. I went to bank stopped payment for 2 days. on the third day I paid it back with $2940. and I didn't miss any daily payments later. On 08/26/2024 I paid off the remaining sum early with $29,400 and I got the pay off letter from Kash advance. But they continue charge me $980 the next day. I asked lender to stopped my payment and get my money back. He(***) was reassure me that was something wrong with the accountant side that didn't stopped the daily payment and I will get my refund back, once the payment got settled which will take about a week he said. so I waited till next week I still not getting my refund. I contact him,he told me he is working on it, he needs some time with lender company.another week later, after not getting my refund. I contacted him again. This time he told me I am not getting my refund back, he is going to keep the extra payment because I delayed payment for 2 day. He is not going to refund me. I went to ********************* asked banker if I can get my money back from this situation, they said its been 2 weeks and the lender is outside of *********************. they are not able to get the money back for me. I have no where to find help from this point

    HI,

     

    I reached out to the lender mentioned in the complaint. I have nothing to do with this. I simply placed the client with the lender. The merchant failed to mention that when they "stopped payment" meaning R08 the breached the contract I can attach a copy of the agreement for your records if needed to show the fees associated with payment stopped which they did not charge. The $908 mentioned is way less than the fee for putting a stop payment. Im not sure what else to do The client never reached out to me with this complaint. This is the first time im hearing of any complaint. Please let me know what I can do to help you resolve this matter

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     I reach out **** ******, one of your employee for weeks about this matter. He said he tried everything to help me to get my money back but Kash Advance one of your partner company wont give me the refund back as promised at the first place. There was never a conversation mentioned about the stop payment fee until few weeks later, *** from Kash advance refused to refund the extra payment that he charged.

    This clown ****** continues to harass our business and several employees. He is intentionally trying to cost our employees time and money as he continues to send and call these employees. constantly, no matter how many times we have responded to him or his company their business practices are less than professional. attached is the most recent email that we received, =just showing that he is wasting our time.

I will not hold my breath as I am certain the harassment will continue as this is clearly the ***************** practices that are trained to their employees.

    this company constantly calls me and tries to talk to me about a business loan. I have told them to take me off of their call list SEVERAL times. It has now resorted to the company calling me DAILY and saying "HEEEEEY ********" then hanging up. This has been going on for some time now. I don't understand why this is happening to me I've done nothing wrong.
