    these people got a loan funded for me the took $850.00 next day which lender says they are not entitled to predatory lending. then the ***************** **** made it appear that they were going to help me had me send $2000.000 to ***** ******* to fix my credit hes not done nothing, he told me no one else would do the loan and i owed underwriter $1500 for doing the deal then he told me he was going to have a open line of credit for $50,000 done and charged me $700.00 and then he asked me to send $550.00 to **** for another loan he owes me $5600.00 plus the interest and banking charges that i was charged for banking fees and monies for transactions that could not go through in the amount of $300.00 plus the interest on this deal that was $2560.00 so thats over $8500.00 in fees plus all the stress due to this and the inability to do business with NO Funds. I want justice for what he did and want the monev back and I want pain and suffering for dealing with this so besides the loan im on. hook for $14500 he has funds that i could have used to help my business $8250.00 and bank fees of the $300.00 and my time and effort for dealing with this situation

    AS to the complaint we are currently working with ***** to rectify the situation. We have independent contractors that work for us and other companies. We do not condone using outside companies unless they are vetted by us to use for traditional term loans and credit ***air. When this situation came about over a week ago and we asked ***** to confirm what was going on she insisted that she had done this on her own through her own channels without the help of the outside ***. ** of yesterday she now confessed it was the outside *** that was doing this with her and was complicit in working around our firm. ***** is a client of our company and we are doing everything possible to fix this incident..
