Something is very fishy about this location. I promised myself that I would never return to the ************* Ser. Ctr. Unfortunately, my ***** Civic 2022 just happened to break down. (My whole Dashboard lite up and my steering wheel would not move.) At the time this was the nearest ***** Service Center location. Now the only good thing I'm going to say about this location Is one of the staff members *****. Now as for my car, I don't know something still doesn't sit well with me about the service I received. First, they informed me that there was a recall on the Power Steering (keep in mind the initial issue with my car was that it turned on and would shift in gears, but my steering wheel was pretty much locked, and be advised I had plenty of steering fluid.) Funny thing, ************* tells me some rats ate at my wires under my car. First off, I don't live where there are rats; maybe some cats so I still don't buy that reason for my wires to look physically cut. I've had multiple cars and have been parking in the same locations for over 41 years. My job parking lot is an open space not much animal activity there either. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. When they sent me the pictures of my car, I went there to physically see for myself because it didnt seem right. Not, that I know much about cars and I'm not saying that tech guy who showed me my car did it, but it looks like someone just cut my wires so they could charge me some outlandish price. Now on top of the price of my vehicle being crazy. Approx. $1,300 on my new car; then they wanted to add an extra service, a wheel alignment approx. $149.99 and then a filter $89.99. Yeah, I wasn't doing that. Of course, they would find something thats not covered under the warranty. Something just doesn't feel right about this place but, I had no choice because I needed my car back for work the next day. I just hope that I was not scammed out of my money.
