    On 1/15/2025, I placed an order ( #*********** )for the Hers ******** and ceramic vase set. The order has never been delivered or even shipped. The company continues to provide excuses. The company has my money and no item has been sent out. This company is a scam.

    Original order placed November 25th, numerous emails sent requesting status of order. No reply from company. Phone calls go unanswered, complaint filed with the Shop (Anais app for tracking shipment). No reply.

    Made a purchase on 3/29. No responce form the company regarding shipping. No phone number. Sent numerous email, no response. I just want my money back.

    On 1/4 I ordered something from them order number *********** for the amount of $115.94 paid extra for shipping. I never received the item? I went on there web site no phone number just an email, I reached out a few times no response. I looked at other comments this seems to be a pattern . I just want the money thats owed to me . Thank you for your help .

    We received an order which was damaged. I reached out to the business multiple times via email and Instagram but haven't received a reply. I'd like BBB help to get in touch with the business to facilitate a replacement. Thank you
