  I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had questions, I called and was connected to a real live person! They answered all of my questions feeling confident, I purchased our ******* BTU heat pump, a blue torrent and we have had zero issues. It works with our ****** gallon inground pool & will warm it to over 90 degrees in just a few days. We do live in a warm weather climate, but have visitors from the Midwest over the winter. They come pretty much from December through March and this heater has never let us down it is amazing! Plus free shipping, the packaging was amazing with no damage. We did pay a pool company to install it, but worth every *****.

  I bought a pool pump from Pool Parts to Go largely because they offered a 5 year warranty. The pump failed in less than a year. The pool turned green with lack of pump circulation and all PPG would offer is a list of questions or troubleshooting garbage. The pump wont circulate water and upon repeated requests for refund or replacement they continue to delay with no end in sight. The warranty under any circumstance is useless if not timely, and in this case, the Black and ****** pump (in branding only) simply doesn't work.

  Best company to work with! Felt compelled to give them a great review as my heater pump i ordered through their site came damaged thanks to the shipping carrier!I was able to get someone on a call right away (**** thank you!!) and a full replacement within 24 hours. They picked up the damaged unit same time. They even followed up with me after to see how it all went. Great team, great company. Very gfrateful !!*******************

  I foolishly ordered a pool heater from this company on line Immediately after completing this order pool parts sent a new email showing a better model I immediately tried to reach them and cancel the old and order the new unit to no avail because the only way they presented to reach them was by **** mail no phone number or email address the next morning I was sent notice that unit was already shipped Delivered by ***** on 11/14 as advised by fed ex driver I refused the heater and sent it back to sending address I called my credit card number and disputed charge since then they have provided a phone number for complaints I am fearful to call without BBB assistance since I am 81 years old and afraid I may loose my money close to ****& please help me

  I bought a brand new heatpump unit from them. It does not work as advertised. It won't warm my pool and they don't do returns. Even though I have the extended warranty So not buy from these people. I'll be filling a report against them soon. Shame too. Have no problem dropping the money on good products but these guys are the worst

  I ordered a pool pump from them. Never worked out of the box. Replaced with another unit that lasted a month. Third unit was upgraded to another model, it lasted a year and five months and started leaking. I was told it may be the gasket. My original pump lasted 10 years and never need a gasket. Now Im out $$$ and need a new pump.

  Pool parts to go refuse to return pool pump heater that was delivered by f fed freight they told me there is no returns but on there website there is nothing about no returns as matter of fact there is a statement of returning pool pumps ! The pool pump heater I bought was $2000 or more and the man on phone stated he would not return cause too expensive for freight return! The pump is no usable it is too big for my small pool and I have called and emailed and no response ! Fed ex frieght told me to file a report with BBB as there was no reason that this pool pump heater not opened and still on pallet should not be able to be returned but they refuse to return my calls ! I need a landing slip for it to be picked up ! I have never dealt with a company who is so dishonest as nothing on there website stated no returns ! I also noted they have a bad reputation but did not see this until after I tried to return pool pump

  Ordered Blue Torrent White ******* Cake Above Ground Pool Step with Liner Pad, received order and bottom two steps were broken and looked used. We then ordered a second Blue Torrent White ******* Cake Above Ground Pool Step with Liner Pad from them, it did not look used but the two bottom steps again were broken. Since we ordered this product twice from this company and both times it was damaged, we won't be ordering any other products from them.

  I ordered a resin pool ladder for our above ground pool since I've had knee surgery and now need a sturdy ladder to get in and out of the pool. The ladder sent was a piece of **** My son in law helped put it together but u had to fill the legs with sand and in order for it to not wobble u had to.bolt it to the frame of the pool ?? u cannot return the item once it's opened? Hello how can u know if it's inferior without opening the package. It's a shame that they can scam a senior out of $249 for a pool ladder I cannot use! Oh and bought zip ties to tie to the frame and the thing still wobbles horribly. What a piece of **** product
