I went to RNR for Auto repair, I took them the insurance appraisal with the damages and cost of the repair. RNR accepted the appraisal and told me not to worry about anything that if it was more damages or more money they will contact the insurance. On November 11 2021, I was called and informed that I can bring in the car for repair, on the same day, I dropped of the car. And informed them I was in transition to move to *******, to please call me a few day before the car would be ready. On November 19, I was called that the car will be ready the next day, November 20, 2021. I thought to myself that was too fast but gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I got thee on November 20, 2021 at 5 PM, they wanted me to pay cash, I was willing to pay with a debit which is like cash it was not credit and they told me I needed to pay an extra 4% and charged it to my debit card. They also wanted for me to pay taxes of the total amount again even thought the taxes were already included in the appraisal that they accepted. I noticed when I picked up the car they had placed a old bumper guard on the bumper, I was wondering why would they do that to a recently painted bumper, but again I gave them the benefit of the doubt A few days later when i went to removed that old bumper guard, I realized they played me, on the appraisal it stated to REPLACE and PAINT rear bumper among a lot of other things they needed to replace. The adjuster even told the day of inspection the rear bumper was garbage and needed a new one. I noticed the bumper was the old garbage bumper, the old scratched were still there, I realized also of a scratch done by me a year ago was still there and the bumper started to pop out of the clips. They did not replaced or painted my rear bumper as agreed and charge me for it $2086.00. They knew I was driving of to ******* the next day and was not able to come back for any issues since I left to *******, I feel the though I was stupid, I am a female and moving to *******.I immediately email them, All I got was a reply with, If any issues come in. They knew I am in *******, I cant come in. I emailed them again 2 other time and no one acknowledge me. I want my money back so I can make the repairs here in *******
