Excellent experience from start to finish! They negotiated more for our home than we would have negotiated ourselves, and alerted us to important details in the offers that we would have missed. Communication was great, and we saved a lot of money. No hidden fees, very professional, would highly recommend to friends!

I had an exceptional experience with **** and his team at Ohio Property Group! I started with their Gold package and the scheduling app made it very easy to approve showings and track both past and upcoming ones. Impressed with the process, I decided to upgrade to the Platinum package once my property was in contract as I felt at that point their team would do a great job watching and managing the contract dates and details for me.**** and his team's responsiveness was great, I had several text and emails even over the weekends! It is clear their process is very organized and systematic. One thing I had not seen before with even full service realtors is they sent me a detailed offer summary table with each offer I got showing the key terms and commenting on them. It made it easy to get a fast quick review before digging into the detailed contract. I would definitely use them again.Ohio Property Group LLC Response

Very legitimate service. Available through email during business hours. Always responsive to emails. May call and text as well. I communicated with the three realtors and they were all helpful and professional. They were available for everything but the showings. I highly recommend. Next time I use them I will probably use the Gold package. I havent closed yet. I may still upgrade. The team was very helpful! I would definitely sell my home with them again. You can sell your house without a realtor....especially in this market. I saved probably $4-5,000. This summer, my 8 siblings and I, sold our parent's home via the Platinum plan and were amazed how smoothly it all went, from listing the property to the closing.
