I've had the pleasure of using Ohio Property Group twice now, and they consistently exceed expectations. They provide everything you need to successfully sell your home, from a user-friendly website and thorough documentation to an incredibly knowledgeable and responsive team. I particularly enjoyed ******* insightful podcaststhey're fantastic and packed with valuable information. The entire process is made remarkably simple and stress-free. Ohio Property Group truly delivers, and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future.

Ohio Property Group LLC made the listing process easy and our home was under contract within a week. I'm very impressed with the staff as they are quick to respond to any question I had along the way. The videos on their site are short and easy to follow and give you all the information you need but, again, if you have any questions you only need to reach out to them for help. I sold real estate for many years so I chose the Silver program but if a seller needs more assistance to guide them through the process there are two other programs available at reasonable costs. Excellent service and experience! We were able to sell our house with help from **************** (aka ******************) in about 10 days! The company provided full, timely, responsive and competent service and communications (through email, text, phone call and app etc.) for a fee around $1K (compared to traditional seller's agent realtor fees of 3% which would amount to $12K) through the best (aka platinum) package which they offer. Compared to a traditional realtor/agent, they offer help for every aspect (particularly for any documentation involved including offers, contracts, etc.) of the marketing and selling process with the exception of having photos taken, attending the holding open houses or setting up the access for showings. Showings are managed through an app which makes the scheduling very convenient and effortless. For someone who can manage these aspects of marketing and selling, this is simply the commonsense solution with significant monetary reward.Ohio Property Group LLC

I am not sure where to begin. **** and his team are second to none. We saved over $40,264.00 dollars by contracting with Ohio Property Group. And sold the house after only one showing.They were so easy to work with and coached us thru the whole process. It came down to commission in the end and **** drove us right thru that storm. Our home was high end and the commission was going to eat us up. We went the "sell by owner" route . Eventually we signed with Ohio Property Group. We got a great feeling about his team after several interactions. (I am a highly suspicious person) We went with it and are we ever glad we did. The wealth of knowledge that this team possesses is incredible. And they know a lot about the industry. **** has written books on the topic. Highly valuable when selling something you have put so much into. The team made this so easy.If you want to get the most for your home, as you should, this team is the team to get you thru.I am so glad that I used Ohio Property Group. We cannot say enough great things about working with Ohio Property Group. They made the entire process of selling our home easy and they helped save us a lot of money. We have used them once before and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Correspondence with them was fast and they kept us updated throughout the entire process. Its hard to find someone that you trust with a task as large and important as selling your home but we immediately trusted and valued the advice that **** and his team was able to provide for us. **** has an abundance of knowledge and his experience in the real estate industry is very valuable in such a big transaction. I had an exceptional experience with **** and his team at Ohio Property Group! I started with their Gold package and the scheduling app made it very easy to approve showings and track both past and upcoming ones. Impressed with the process, I decided to upgrade to the Platinum package once my property was in contract as I felt at that point their team would do a great job watching and managing the contract dates and details for me.**** and his team's responsiveness was great, I had several text and emails even over the weekends! It is clear their process is very organized and systematic. One thing I had not seen before with even full service realtors is they sent me a detailed offer summary table with each offer I got showing the key terms and commenting on them. It made it easy to get a fast quick review before digging into the detailed contract. I would definitely use them again.Ohio Property Group LLC
