I would agree with *****.We have a relative that worked at this credit union for 25 years. It's security and internet knowledge is abysmal. Here's what I have filed with the **** today:We have had ongoing issues with security:1) When needing assistance with an account, was sent an open-ended link to access, which turned out to be accessible via the internet for over 30 minutes. Informed staff, was ignored.2) Found out when our son opened a new account, staff attached it to our old savings account - when he was filling out his tax returns, he recited our account savings/history! Credit union personel (head teller) was claiming my husband gave access to our son (gave me the wrong name for him twice; guess she actually looked at the account, right?). I said that's not correct. This was a new account, should not be attached to our old account he can see history back to 2007 on.3) There are other security issues with phone number, etc. I do fear retaliation from these individuals on our accounts.I am asking the **** to check into their education on security protocols (believe me, they don't even know what ACH stands for!)

I’ve been with this bank for over 20 years there fraud prevention name should be changed to we pay no fraud attention. There fraud dept allowed this girl make in 7 months over a 150 fraudulent charges now how , but fraud alert is going to notify me last Dec about my philo they see I’ve been paying philo for months but they allow this to happen with all these charges, then the bank say i can only get 2 months of my money ? What. And if you have a problem at the bank and need questions answered they will hang up on you and say I’m busy with other customers like you dont matter then they hang up. Can you believe that ? And then they pass you around to different people . I coming away . I need my money and I need it know I have bills to pay , I need my money so unlock my card

Summit FCU has spoken to ************ on several occasions to assist with her stated fraud account activity. We have followed fraud protocol to protect our member and prevent further fraud. ************ has had these prevention methods explained to her many times but it seems as if a resolution has not been met by her. SFCU has an obligation to safeguard our members and we have tried to do so with ************. If she needs additional assistance, she is welcome to call our office to have a respectful conversation.
