    Heart of Ohio bought ***'s a few years ago but still answer the phone saying they are ***'s. I liked ***'s and had no problems with them. Heart of Ohio installed a new AC unit 2 years ago (calling themselves Bud's), had problem with it making a lot of noise before the installers left my driveway. Finally had another company look at it and the whole installation was wrong including the coil unit was too large so Heart of Ohio just taped a piece of metal over it (no screws a bad tape job) because the coils were 1 1/2 inches too long for my current unit. Do not think you are getting the old ***'s service. There are many complaints to Heart of ****.

    Back in 2020, the old owner of Bud's installed our new furnace and air. From day 1 the unit didn't work. After 3 motors and 1 motherboard, I came to the conclusion we got a lemon of a furnace. If we were dealing with the old owners, I'm sure we would be in court over replacing the unit. Thanks so much to the new owners who stepped in and replaced our furnace with a new one that actually works. We just had the unit installed today and it works better than we have ever experienced since moving into our house 14 years ago. They even installed a new humidifier on the furnace for no charge as a way to say sorry for all your troubles. Wr are very satisfied with the change, the installation and furnace.
