1 starSold us a *********************** car with the charger on hold. Multiple staff told us that the original owner was dropping it off soon. Called/texted for weeks with similar response- Ill check if previous owner dropped it off yet. At this point- no charger for an Electric car. Finally said that the previous owner didnt have it and tough luck. Stopped responded to text- dealership and salesperson.Review fromCynthia C

1 starOn May 17, 2024 I can to the dealership to buy a HR-V they had advertised on their lot. ****** the salesperson was pleasant but new. I bought the car after driving it. I had owned two Hondas in the past and was familiar with their performance. When I was presented the paperwork I noticed a $4000 dollar total added to price. I asked what that was and was told it was the interest up front to be paid, I knew this was not correct. Then I was told it was for the extended warranty. I had not asked for an extended warranty nor was I interested in it. I was told I would have to speak to the finance person. When I told them I would do my own financing through my CSE I was told by law I had to speak with the finance ***** I waited 45 minutes for this gentleman, only to find out he was going to try and sell me the extended warranty. I told him I did not want it. He then strongly suggested AT MY AGE it would be smart to buy it. At MY AGE I did not buy it. I then told him I did my own financing and gave him the information. His whole attitude changed. On Tuesday (22nd) I informed the salesperson I would be there on there Wednesday morning to pick the car up. When I got there with my $10,000 Check and Letter of Credit from my ************ the Finance person said I needed to bring the check from CSE with me. I know that dealerships and finance institutions exchange finances. He told me I could not have the car. I waited to compose myself, then told them they had 15 minutes to take my check, call CSE and present me with my car. I drove my car out of the lot 25 minutes later. Unfortunately, the car had not been detailed. Floor mats still in the back cargo area, stickers still on the windows and it had not been washed . To sum up my experience, it was NOT good. I would not buy a car from them unless you did their financing and buy extended warranty. This is how they make money and all they made from me was $22,200. from the purchase of the car.STAY AWAYReview fromRose M

1 starPurchased my second BRAND NEW vehicle through Ron Marhofer & NEVER will again. My new vehicle is a 2023 Santa Cruz SEL. Purchased: March of 2023. Problem: January of 2024. 10 months later, the coolant sensor randomly quit working, so my engine couldn't tell if it was overheating or at a normal temperature. I drove it to ********, who confirmed it was the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor. The antifreeze was NEVER filled to the minimum line within the reservoir when I purchased the truck. I had the truck at Ron Marhofer of Green for service and was never told the antifreeze was on the low side. But who would think to check it since it was only at 8,000 miles? Back to January 2024: I towed to the dealership for service immediately in fear of driving it. While there, they issued me a rental and told me it was going to be $50/day until they diagnosed my problem. I returned the rental within 24 hours to avoid these rental charges. They lied and told me my service tech was off that day, but low and behold, when I walked in, he was sitting right there at his desk with an attitude. I returned the rental keys. Still no update on my truck; it is "in progress." FIVE days later having not heard anything about my truck, I call and continue to receive the scheduling personnel because the service dept is "extremely busy." I do NOT care if you are busy. Have the common courtesy to call me with some kind of update. I left a voicemail and had the scheduling dept "send out an email" and still have not been contacted. They also stated that my service tech is off AGAIN today. So unprofessional. To top this all off, the day I towed it in, they told me that I caused this problem due to "impact damage" and that it is not something covered under warranty. Multiple people with BRAND NEW Santa Cruzes are experiencing this same problem. Id give a 0 star if it would let me.Took my vehicle in for basic oil change..... was told $89.95 they tried there best to talk me into additional services i did not need. When they called to say it was ready.... i was told the total was $140.00+ tax There reasoning..... my car takes 6.1 quarts the basic oil change includes 45 quarts. So they are trying to charge me $50.00 for 1.1 quarts of oil. This is terrible, the old bait and switch.I will never be back to ************************* again!!!BE AWARE !!Ron Marhofer Hyundai of Green

1 starNOOOOOO. The absolute worse. Seen a nice vehicle. I go check it out. Meet **** who was great. Like the vehicle crunched the number that sat and monday morning. Drove back down after work(1 hr) Couldnt get in with finance because they didnt have enough people working. I waited there until about 8:15.(They closed at 8) My next available time to come back was Saturday due to work schedule and their business hrs. I was informed 4:30 that the window was being replaced and our meet for Saturday morning to finish the deal was all good. At 4:45 I receive a call that said. Im sorry the vehicle just sold. ???? So after them running my credit 9xs wasting my time. On top of all that I caught them being dishonest about interest rates had they not goofed and shown me the paper I might have believed them when they said I had the same rate with business and personal. Truth was I had already been shown a paper that showed the interest rate. I got no vehicle, my credit ran through the roof and a sales manager with dry apologies and a hey I can search my inventory to find you something else. Yea I still havent heard from him on that. Stay awayReview fromHannah J

5 starsI had such a great experience here buying my new Subaru Forester all they way from the initial interest online to being handed the keys! I worked with ***** from the start to the finish, he helped find the right deal for me and let me take it for a test drive and go over all the details for my trade-in. I also worked with *** who helped me with the all the financial details and suggested personal warranty’s since I use my car for work and travel all over the state. I’m thankful for the help they provided and I am one happy customer! :)Review fromD. R.

Took our 2014 santa fe in for the 45,000 mile service. Was told I needed brake service front and rear for $1500. When I asked about the fact the car only has 45000 miles, they said parts were rusty. I took the car somewhere else and was told it needed nothing. Good for another 50,000 miles. The rust on parts are normal for nonfriction surfaces. I will not go there again for serviceRon Marhofer Hyundai of Green

*** **** vehicle was brought in for service 4/19/22. Upon inspection our technician determined front and rear brakes were heavily pitted and rusted. We have video inspection on file to show. The total quote to replace both was presented to *** **** for $755 via mobile quote. *** **** declined the work. We will contact *** **** to determine the where miscommunication may have happened.D. I was quoted over $700 per axle, not total. Also was quoted over $700 to replace one shock absorber. Not both, just one. All on a vehicle with less than 45,000 miles. The brake rotors are not rusted or pitted on the contact surfaces. And any car in Ohio would have some rust on unpainted parts. These parts are available for inspection. Furthermore, rotors are $125 each at autozone. That would be $500 for four, plus another $100 for pads. So total labor would be $175 for both axles?
