  They tell you one price but charge you a lot more , every time I get an oil change it goes up $30.00 + more then the last time , went there a week ago and I was charged $138.00 for oil change , done with this dealership ????

  I went with a good faith to purchase a vehicle, the financial manager did not explain all the adds up warranties, then when I went back, they refused to cancel all the adds up; they refused. Do not attempt to go there. Liars and a perfect example of auto salesmen scammers. Stay away from Van Devere auto group.

  They claim to have flushed transmission, they lied see pics. They claim they changed a/c compressor, they lied see pics. They painted over rust and paint is peeling less than two months later, see pics. They claim they changed oil, I've seen diesel oil cleaner another lie. Yes this truck was bought used and as is but these where all conditions before purchase and delayed delivery a week while they "serviced it". Don't trust them they lie!

  BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! They will steal from you!! This company is very crooked! Ordered a pr of headlight assemblies and a horn. Received two lights for the right side. Was told they don't do an exchange. So we had to order and pay for a the new part then return the wrong one for credit. Then was told there was a price increase of around $10. That didn't seem right to me. We already paid $282 for the correct part. The new part was $290 something . Also returned the horn. Then was told the refund would be in a check form & take 7-10 days. Well this took over a month and over 10 phone calls. We were handed off to multiple departments each claiming the other was in charge of sending checks. We finally got that return in the mail. Still have not received the $68 for the horn. Messages have been left with **************** and he evidently didn't care enough to even attempt to call me back!!! Let the record show I choose zero stars, but of course they don't allow that.

  I was informed by an associate named ******* TWICE, during two separate conversations, that the vehicle I was interested in was on sight. After leaving work and traveling, fully intending on purchasing the car and trading my current one in. I was told that it was in fact, not present. Wasted my time, then had to rush to another dealership before they closed. I then called, asking how this confusion could have happened and if it was just a ploy to get me in the door. I was transferred to at least 3 different people who could not answer my question, but continued to offer me cars I expressed I was not interested in. Very fun day.

  They are rude not only they contact me ask how my experience was and I explained they connected me back to same jerk I had the experience with I told them I had no co-signer before I came for him to tell me I need a co-signer I ask how much of down payment I would need to get a car he then informed me his cousin is in parking lot he is going out there walked off this place is literally a joke and wouldnt buy a car for there if I had too certified unprofessional and rude I would give a star if it allowed me not too

  No stars .they gaslight ppl and lie about having to sign before they tell them the approval amount. they say you gotta sign before you can know your apr percentage rate . They push ppl into a contract for a vehicle above their budget that they r trying to get rid of . they sell vehicles barely able to make it past the lemon laws .They also only give you very few options that arent even close what you go in there requesting .

  These people are con men. They should be investigated. They sold me a lemon and overcharged me about 7,000. Tried to get it handled with them for a month and a half. My car sat there for weeks so long that my tag expired. They would not even give me a new temp tag. They told me I didn't need it. They let me drive away illegally. ***** ********* does not care for customers. They are ripping people off left and right. Please investigate this business. Scamming people should be illegal. I also had an outside certified mechanic verify that they reset the miles on the car. How is that legal? Please look into this business

  I want to let everyone know about this place. I sold my car to them and it was nothing wrong with my car I just want to upgrade to a newer car. Warning! They sold me a car that been in an accident before. My front bumper fell off the car I was so embarrassed because my car was only three years old and this Myfuntional thing kept popping up every time I made a turn. I told them about it when I went to get an oil change and how this sensor thing in front was just open and going to drop out one day and it did. All I got was stares, glares, and attitude they did nothing to resolve the issue. But it gets better they told me I needed over 2000.00 dollars of work done on a car only three years old that I only had for months at the time. I’m like how could this be. It needs new rims,tires,wheel to be in lined they all are bent but they said the car never been in an accident. I take my car back for another oil change and they asking me if my car been in accident because after I been told them they sold me a lemon. I said it’s been in an accident before I got the car because it showing evidence it’s been in one. I want to know why my car was slowing down every time I turn left or right, or when I would try to get on the highway it’s acting like it don’t want to go and hard time keeping speed when it do get speed after ten minutes of trying. They call me and tell me it’s going to be almost 4000.00 dollars of work need to be done on my car. I said what’s going on with the warranty? Oh they not going to cover it because the car been in a accident. I said I haven’t been in a accident. He said well they not covering it. I started talking the guy *** started making fuzzy noises in the phone every time I started talking being rude I asked him to stop he kept on doing it. And the other rude employee they have is ***** it’s another I can’t think of his name but he is bad news for that company also. I also paid a service fee 136.00 that should of been free of charge. Warning stay away!

  I don't know how this place is in business. How can you sleep at night, knowing that you guys are crooks. You poor work ethics could have killed me, my husband, and the tow truck driver. We have a video that we are going to upload. You should be ashamed of yourselves for such poor workmanship. It is not over, we are going to call every news station and inform them of this behavior on your part. It didn't have to end like this, but after reading all of these negative reviews on your part, and knowing how big of a rip off that you guys are demonstrating, I'm going to see that you get everything coming to you. I'm going to upload this video, and I'm going to show everyone how much you charged me, and I'm going to get my money back. You don't deserve 1 star.
