I have tried repeatedly to unsubscribe from this company (whom I have never bought a single product from nor signed up to receive emails from), and they keep sending me messages that I'm on the Do Not Email list. But then I keep getting emails. This has gone on for months.Business response

This was described in the offer and on the checkout page along with the Welcome to the community email you receive with the link, username and password at the time the order is placed.

I purchased 2 tee shirts for $9.95 each, the cost of shipping and handling, as advertised. The following month I was charged a $57.00 subscription fee which I would then be charged each month. I was never informed of any such subscription. I have left multiple voice messages and conducted an on line chat. No results on the cancellation of my subscription.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
The outfit is in violation of CAN SPAM Act of 2003 - the link must be in the body of spam email.
Promoting worthless and offensive merchandise is a "bonus".
it's a BBB's duty to warn American consumers about unscrupulous "businesses".

I saw an offer for a free shirt online that boasted just pay shipping which I had no problem with. I received a charge on 11/13/24 of $9.95. I then received a charge on 11/29/24 of $57.00 and yet another on 12/27/24 for $57.00. I did not authorize these $57.00 charges nor do I recall any notification that these charges would occur. I would like a refund of both $57.00 charges right away as I did not agree to this. The other complaints regarding this company and its charges reference a subscription which I did not knowingly agree to and if there is a subscription, I need it to be cancelled as well.
