March 25, 2025. Purchased a "Gulf of America" T-Shirt from Survival Offers. Paid $9.95. T-Shirt was delivered in the mail, however, I inadvertently was fooled into a subscription @ the rate of $57.00 a month. Survival Offers, the name of the company, had this in fine print, that I could not read. "Claim your FREE Gift (just pay shipping) and enjoy a 14-Day FREE Trial of unlimited access to courses, tools and expert guidance to self-reliance. After the trial, continue for just $57/ mo. Cancel at anytime!" Says nothing about automated payments. Only offers a CHOICE of continuation. I sent this e-mail to them. "CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY on April 8, 2025 @ 1539. Copies of the original ordering and this CANCELLATION ORDER have been recorded and REPORTED to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY....!!!!!" ... I sent the aforementioned words via e-mail to ************* **********. My bank blocked the charge but I don't want anymore attempts to charge my Credit Card. Please contact this entity and STOP this for perpetuating.!!Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: "Survival Offers" responded with the following "Thank you for reaching out. Your subscription has been cancelled you will not be billed any further charges in regards to this subscription." My bank blocked the first charge in regards to an unauthorized subscription and nothing was charged to me. The aforementioned business has sent me an e-mail stating, "Any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request." I continue to receive a recurring charge of $57 a month for a subscription I never signed up for. I purchased a trump highball glass at a very low price once and for some reason this company continues to charge me every month and I dispute the charges with my credit card company and will continue to do so. I am rejecting this response because:
I want 3 months of refund. Thats ******. I believe this is a scam. If I had a subscription to the Science something or other..I would have email on this. I have received nothing from this company except a small calendar and I have received other advertisements for the same calendar. Why would you pretend to offer a ****** ***** calendar free of charge except for shipping and handling and then add a subscription to the Science thing? I saw a random charge on my debit card, even the bank flagged it. I did not order anything from them on 3-24-25 yet there it was. When I asked my bank they said even they questioned it. I want a refund from this company because I have no idea who gave them permission to use my account, how they got my info, and after reading about complaints here, it seems they do this quite often to people.
