There was an ad online for a mini air conditioner for seniors for only the shipping price of $14.95. The item was called Cool Crate. I ordered one on 6/6/2024. When it got here it didn't work. But since I paid so little I just took it as a loss. Even if it had worked it wasn't worth $14,95! Yesterday I looked at my bank account and a chare of $185 was taken out. I didn't recognize the company so I called the number associated with it. It turns out that it was for that Cool Crate. I told them that I wanted a refund as it was only supposed to be $14,95 which I paid. ******* said that I could not get a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me that he was a supervisor. After going back and forth he hung up on me. I called the number back and got a female. She told me that she could give me 50% back. I told her that wasn't acceptable. Then she said that the best she could do was 75%. I reluctantly agteed but I still want a full refund. This product is crap and the company is a scam that preys on seniors.Initial Complaint

I am filing a complaint with the business that shows the return address of PO Box *****, *****, ** *****. I received an email to conduct a customer satisfaction survey about ****** Wholesale. It looked legitimate and read: "Dear Customer, Congratulations! We would like to offer you a unique opportunity to receive a brand new Le Creuset! To claim, simply take this short survey and your experience with us. Your opinion is very valuable. Click OK to begin." The survey appeared legitimate and said I would receive the Le Creuset after paying $8.98 for shipping. The Le Creuset set never came. Instead, I received a package with a cheap iPhone earbud case. The USPS Tracking # was crossed out, and the return address was PO Box *****, *****, ** *****. I later looked at my **** ** ******* credit card statement, and this scam business charged $8.98, $34.63, and $104 using three different company names. Luckily, the customer service number listed on the credit card was valid, so I spoke to a representative. She refused to give her full name and company name. I asked for any copies of the disclosures and/or terms and conditions and she could not provide that either. After much dispute, she processed a refund for the $34.63 and $104 but could not refund the $8.98. Apparently, what I signed up for (without realizing it) was a "Raffle drawing subscription for random products delivered to my place." as she described it.Initial Complaint

I keep getting watches from this company that gives no name nor phone number. I did not know this is a continuous mailing order. I do not want any more of this cheap product that does not work. Ordered a handheld vacuum in May 18th online. Received to cheap device no instructions. Been charged the last 2 months $157.69. Called the number *** *** **** from statement and asked for company information and what services they offer was hung up on. I received a charge June 4th and July 10th from a bank invoice Influence current device, the first charge was from quick daily assort number *** *** **** both the same amount. I purchased from an ad on social media site ******** for a personal portable blender to try for s&p to review about 2/17/23. The charge of $7.97 was taken from my card that was agreed upon. I never received a receipt to my email address from the company and was only provided one from my card provider with the company name ************ not from Featureassortmentdevice. On Tuesday 2/21/23 a charge was attempted for $82.45 and on Friday 2/24/23 another charge was attempted for $31.97 all from the same company. Still no email provided for product account or tracking numb. Neither of theirs 2 charges were agreed upon. These attempted charges were not notified up front and are fraudulent because of that. I did receive the product today 2/25/23 and was then only provided with any information of the company which is only a P.O. Box. If a ************ and Featureassortmentdevice are they same company, they need to stop.Initial Complaint

I ordered a smart watch from an ad on ******** for 7.95. They charged me also for a subscription I knew nothing about. 44.63 from my account. Got ahold of a 3rd party company, ************** who canceled the subscription but would not refund the 44.73 charge. This is a scam!! I want a refund for this unauthorized charge. This is robbery! I ordered a camera that screws into the lightbulb. I paid $92 for the product and to ship it back. Now I can't get ahold of them. It always says you are calling outside of their working hours. I just want my money back.
