5 starsLindsey Construction and design just completed my roof on Monday. They did a fantastic job from start to finish with every aspect of the project. ******* Construction in *****, ****, is nothing more than a storm-chasing scam. They showed up right after a storm, promised the world, and then disappeared as soon as the next storm hit another city. They only completed one-third of the work I hired them for before abandoning the job entirely. No explanation, no updatesjust gone. Their lack of communication is infuriating. Calls and messages were ignored, leaving me stranded with an unfinished project. This company preys on storm victims, cashing in before moving on to the next disaster. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable local contractor who will actually finish the job they start. ******* Construction is an absolute waste of time and money.

We were contracted to do the roof on this customer's house and garage. We did both of those. I am unaware of any missed or unreturned phone calls from this customer to our office. This customer is from 2023 and I do not have a work order for any work that was left undone by our company. We had storm damage to our home and ****** ***** from Lindsey Construction and design help us through the process of getting everything in order for our repairs. They was very prompt in ordering roofing and siding for our house and getting the job completed.The workers did everything in a timely manner and cleaned up around the yard.We are very satisfied with everything.Lindsey Roofing

We worked with ***********************. He went above and beyond to try to help us get our roof covered by an insurance claim. He was easy to work with and super helpful. Very easy to reach by phone call or text. The roof was completed in just 1 day and it looks fantastic. The roofers didn't damage any of our landscaping either which was a bonus!Lindsey Roofing

1 starWe were this company's greatest fans in April 2022. For years, our home was the neighborhood "Munster" house, we struggled financially and just couldn't keep up with repairs. The time came when we finally were able to invest in our home, so we went big! Lindsey's installed a new screen/front door - even painted door for us - put concrete siding on house and garage, framed house windows in white, replaced 2 windows in garage, hung new light fixture over front door, hung our house numbers and mailbox, poured concrete in front leading to driveway; AND this was my favorite, they built two Trex porches - front and back, and they were beautiful! Another thing they did outside was replace a sliding glass door in our Florida room. For years, we could only use our front door because our sliding door wouldn't lock, we used a piece of wood jammed in the door for safety. We just wanted a back door that locked so we would not have to always use the front door. Inside, they tore out old bathtub and installed walk-in shower, and replaced old sink with pedestal sink/new faucet. We received many compliments on our house, we were thrilled, and we know our neighbors were as well. Sometime this spring, we noticed the front "indestructible Trex porch" was coming apart on one side, top and bottom AND our new sliding door won't lock. They "fixed" it 2 or 3 times the first year but as of 7-19-2024, it still won't lock. My husband called Lindsey's and was told someone would get back to him. No one did. As time passed, my husband documented his 18 phone calls and 4 visits to their office, always being told someone would stop by or get back to him. No one did. However, on the 4th/last visit to their office, someone miraculously found the contract that stated their work was guaranteed for only ONE year, but it seems shady that it took 18 calls/4 visits for them to tell us they owe us nothing. They showed their true colors, they have no integrity, no customer loyalty, no pride in their work.Review fromMary R

****** was great to work with went through hip replacement and he worked with me and took a lot off my plate during the process of insurance, mortgage company and roofers. He made this a smooth process despite my limitations at the time.Lindsey Roofing
