  I had SWORD Roofing come out and replace my old roof replaced, added blown in insulation in my attic, I was a little surprised to see the 1 star review here as they were hands down the easiest roofing company I've worked with! They kept me updated on when they would be there, really helped me understand the insurance claim process and were just very upfront, honest and the best part.. I was able to secure 0% financing through their partner network!All in all, as much as one hates to need to drop money on a new roof, I highly recommend sword roofing as they made the entire process 100% easier.

  Do not recommend this company! Communication throughout the project was terrible. They damaged the paint on my car with nails, nails left in the driveway caused a flat tire, quality of work was poor resulting in multiple call-backs. While they paid for damage to my car, the call-backs continued. The quality of work upon completion was still poor on the siding. After the amount of frustration throughout project, management was more concerned about payment than quality of their work. They threatened to charge me late fees three days after the work was finished before confirming that the work was satisfactory. (Keep in mind they sent the final invoice a month before the work was completed so the due date passed before they finished.) They did not do a final walk thru on their own. At this point, the quality of work is not going to get better as they have been here so many times, so we just wanted to be done dealing with them. Throughout the process, I commented numerous times that this certainly wasnt a 5 star experience and they agreed. However, nothing changed. The photo includes the quality of work upon completion that they feel is acceptable. This is not acceptable for the amount of money paid for the work. The corner on the dormer is not flat and doesnt look as good as siding that had been on there for over 30 years. We really wish we had gone with a different company. Save yourself the frustration, especially if you are having any siding repaired or installed.

  Thank you for the feedback, *********. It is unfortunate you had a bad experience with us and we will look further into how to improve on conflict resolution. We feel we did everything in our power to make sure you were fully satisfied with the results of your siding repair, including prioritizing your job once we were made aware there were issues. In the end, you were ultimately satisfied with the repairs and still left this complaint as if you weren't satisfied with the work. As far as the collection of funds, we give homeowners net 30 to pay all invoices. Once the invoice goes past 30 days, we start charging late fees, which is the norm for most industries. I do apologize if that offends you but as stated above, we responded to your complaint the next day to make sure you were fully satisfied with the work, which you agreed you were satisfied. Having a complaint does not change the due date of your invoice, unless of course we don't fix the issue in a timely manner. Again, thank you for the feedback ********* and I hope we can work together again in the future.
