We do not accept the return of products as there is food involved. However, if there are issues with products, please call us so that a replacement can be sent. We do not replace the whole gift basket -unless there are extreme circumstances!
Please send pictures of faulty product in question. If glass items are broken in transit- I will need at least 7 pictures from different angles to submit to UPS. (Their rules).
Once the carrier picks up your package I have no control over the delivery time. You will be supplied with a tracking # once it is ready to be picked up.
