    They approached me asking if I wanted to put new asphalt on my driveway at a reduced price since they had left over from a different job. I had them do a section of my driveway and indicated I would like to do it in pieces due to a financial budget. They agreed. They laid a wider driveway than I wanted which cost more. The next day I reached out about my concern. They came out and explained and we agreed on a price to finish another part. I’ve reached out multiple times in a 9 month period to have them come back to do another section and they do not return any phone calls. Now I’m left with a partially done driveway that is not appealing.

    They/He approached my husband with an offer to pave our driveway with left over asphalt at a discounted price which he did not disclose price per truck load after the fact of pouring the 1st load of $8,000. After researching this company, it was then we realized that many reports were filed against his company with their sales pitch and we ourselves were 'scammed'. I just wish we would have known about this company and their scam. It cost me my hard earned retirement fund. I don't know if anything can be done now other than to keep warning the people of this scam. And if you noticed, they conveniently tore the top left of our receipt where there is no address or phone#. Another thing, we he came the next day to have date changed, had to post date check, he did not look me in the eye or say "Thanks" for the business. I have never felt such dislike for anyone person or company as I do towards this so called business. --Mrs. **** *******
