Terrible business that I would not recommend ever using. Had a clog and called them and **** came out and snaked on 5/20/23 and charged me $358.95. Did not solve my problem and led to not only my kitchen sink and dishwasher overflowing but my bathtub overflowed with f**** and toilet paper. **** came back out on 5/30 admitted he snaked the wrong area, snaked and cammed the main line and charged me$496.90. They refused to warranty any of this work after the first time even though my problem was never solved. I was later told it would cost several thousand dollars and that my mainline needed replaced due to scaling (keep in mind they never sent me photos or showed me them, only showed my wife who doesnt know anything about this type of stuff). I asked about hydro jetting as that is a common solution to scaling. They refused to hey. I got two more opinions from major companies in our area. Both companies told me the line didnt need replaced and that jetting would solve my problem. The second company came and jetted my line and I have had no issues since. And they only charged me $250. I called roto rooter several times in the few days and even months after. I spoke to two or three different women all who ignored my request for a refund and said the owner would contact me. The owner never contacted me. I am requesting a refund of $855.85 as their service did absolutely nothing to my problem and they tried to get me to have them do thousands of dollars in work that I did not need. I will accept no resolution other than a refund. This is the first step of many.

We have received your complaint and have reviewed the services that we have provided at your property.  We performed 2 different services on 2 different lines, which is why you were charged.  We then returned 2 more times and performed additional services at NO CHARGE, which means we did honor the warranty given to you.  We showed the camera inspection services and explained what was being shown on the camera screen, we provided documentation as to what was going on and what we recommended the solution to be to solve your issues.  One of the females that you spoke to WAS the owner, who has actually discussed these services with you already.

At this point, since you are requesting a refund, you would need to provide to us a copy of the invoice for work that another reputable company performed at this property for us to review.

      Thank you.

Charged 1/2 of a quoted price for a drain cleanout that left the drain totally clogged. Service was not performed satisfactorily. Nor was I told upfront that there would be charges if the work could not be completed. The only thing I was told was there would be a $36.95 service charge.

Thank you for your feedback and take your complaint seriously.  We have talked with the plumber and read the invoice from your service ticket.  Unfortunately, after over an hour of attempts, *********** was not able to clear the drain with cabling.  He did offer you other options to clear the line and the documentation showed that you did not want additional attempts done.  We did reduce our price down by 1/2 as a discount, attempt fee.  You only paid $144.97, not the full price, which is only $108.02 over the price of our service call charge.  We understand your frustration and sympathize with you.  Our intent was not to try and fail and walk away and leave you upset.  That is why we offered other options to clear the drain.  Unfortunately, we do run into occasions where the drain can not be cleared by cabling from one access point and that was our experience at your property.
