Contactor installed door and it has huge gap at top of door and tight fit at bottom of door. Door does not lock properly. Screen door installed with several copper rings not installed correctly . Caulk job was like child did it. Was told by ******* ****** screen doors and master craft main door co. That work was not " contractor grade work". Door was adjusted where his employee bent strike plate on door severely shown in pictures to get door to close. Door was fit to frame of door at factory, no adjustment was supposed to be made according to mastercraft door company. Door came as one unit profit inside frame only thing need added was screen door attachment. Mastercraft supplied a second complementary door waiting to be picked up at ******* Avon Ohio as I need to pay another contractor to replace shotty door installed. Would like refund of 1100.00 . He hung up on me and said warranty was no good any more as my furnace company put a few very minor surface scratches on my door trying to replace my furnace in January 22,2024. I am not enclosing any pictures here as they are just surface scratches and did not in any way effect door install job. I would be happy to enclosed pictures later if needed. He also said my warranty is void as my boyfriend put a second coat of paint on main door . His installer did not tape door windows or rubber trim and my boyfriend re-did it by taping window and scraping paint off glass and repainting it as guys paint job was sloppy. Thank you ****** **** ************
