I won an online auction item on February 8, 2023. It was for a firearm in the amount of $329.86 which included taxes and fees, but not the shipping cost to send to a certified firearms store where I could pick it up. I informed the auctioneer that I would pay the separate shipping cost upon receipt of a second invoice. On February 13, 2023, the auctioneer requested the FFL of the store where it was to be shipped to and stated he would start the process after he received the information. I had previously sent this information twice to him. I sent the information, including the store's address and email information so that he could send his FFL information and know where to send the item. Actual correspondence ensued on February 9, 2023 after I received an invoice showing that the money for the item had been charged to my credit card and showed it was paid in full. As of today, February 24, 2023, I have not received the item or even as much as a tracking number. Today I called the designated location where it was to be shipped to and the owner said he had nothing there from this auctioneer in the form of an item or correspondence. I attempted to call Mr. Lytle and it went to voice mail as usual and the mailbox is full and I am unable to leave a message regarding this matter. I am uncertain how to proceed.
